The customer service here is excellent. I had an incident last year where I popped two tires. Without hesitation they sent someone to my location, picked me and my tires up, changed the tires, got me back to my car and helped me install them. If you ever find yourself with tire issues in the Ashford area I highly recommend calling them.

Key tire has really been a tremendous help to me. They are honest, respectful and KNOW what they are doing. I would use them again for sure.

Had a flat tire about 10 miles away on my camper. Replaced it with a spare and drove right to Key Tire. They replaced all the camper tires. Thank you.

You're not going to find a better price on tires in the area. The staff is courteous and efficient. The owner Bob Key is involved in the community and supports our youth.

Took our car in to get work done on it. They needed to drain the radiator to fix the issue we were having and when we finally got it back after driving it for a day the engine started messing up and turns out they didn t put any water back into. When confronted they fully denied that it was there issue and that it must have leaked out somehow which there is no leak to be found and it s holding water fine . Now we have spent over $2000 and it s still now running correct. This place should be shut down

Key Tire is owned and operated by Bob Key and his staff. They have great prices on new and used tires, and Bob is at the store most everyday to greet customers. Been doing business with them for years and have never had a bad experience!

Lied repeatedly. Never had time to check my tires, after 5 tries they finally told me i needed new rims. Said they would order them then a week later still hadn't. Balanced my tires & put the worse tread on my front so I couldn't drive over 40mph & made the wobble worse. Then told me to go elsewhere.

I like their service but if I want a oil change I have to leave my car up there for about 8 hours and I don't have time to do that. But other than that they do a really good job!

Beware of this business. Bob the owner of key tire sells people bad vehicles and rips you off for your money!!! Do not go here to get a vehicle or any mechanic work done. He will mess your vehicle up and refuse to give your money back.

They are very helpful for any of your auto repairs and can get tires on your car to suit your budget whether it's new or used Bob will make sure your not in danger
