On our trip though the west; our new Lance 1062 water heater quit. American Freedom Mobile RV Service was super helpful. As a Vetran owned company they were even able to provide the fix at our location at a "Fam Camp" on Base. They were super polite, helpful, and professional!Thank You!!! Mike and Ethan did a very thorough job of inspecting an RV for me so I could decide whether or not to purchase a motorhome from a long distance. They showed up when they said they would and submitted the report to me in a timely manner. Mike found things I wouldn't have noticed and documented every detail on the coach. I have used another company in the past with a significantly lower cost. The inspector was only there for an hour at most. Mike and Ethan spent the entire day inspecting, testing, and documenting every major and minor system on the rig. The cost of their service is justified by the thoroughness of the inspection and report. I highly recommend them to you!And, yes, I decided to buy that rig (sorry, Mike!).

We used American Freedom Mobile Lifestyle (Michael) to inspect a used class C motorhome. We were first time RV buyers so this was especially useful. The level of service and completeness was incredible -- Michael checked everything, showed me how it works. After the inspection (and really in depth overview of every system), I immediately felt at ease with the purchase and operation. Michael is a true professional and super knowledgeable. Any question I asked he was able to answer -- and then showed on the RV. With a large purchase, an inspection is obviously important. And Michael is a top-notch inspector. I would recommend him with no reservations and would love to use his services again someday.

Hi everyone. I used Mike Lamar recently because I was taking my 5h wheel out of mothballs- it hadn t been used in several years. Mike was responsive and came to my home in just a few days. What he didn t finish that we I agreed I would work on he was amenable to talk me through over the phone when I had questions.I d use and actually plan to use Mike again. He is friendly and courteous. He is also very knowledgeable. He isn t afraid to give you his opinion. I like that in my RV mechanic. But to be completely and politically correct- he is a RV technician. He is trained and he knows what he s doing. The work he did on my hubs and ball bearings probably saved me thousands of dollars and gave me some additional years before I have to do that again.You will understand - Mike earned a place in my contacts list. He s good. That s what you should expect from a retired marine who served his country with honor. We put a deposit on a trailer on the other side of the country essentially. We are in Utah and we put the deposit on a trailer in Indiana. We wanted an inspection for peace of mind even though the trailer dealer was very reputable. Mike basically had two days before he had to go south for the winter (he s a full-time RVer) and made it work for us to give us reassurance in our purchase. He was fantastic. Easy to talk with. Excellent communication. It was a great experience. And he was very thorough. Would highly recommend. And I only actually do these reviews when I really really mean it. He was great!!!

I initially found Mike when a well recommended inspector said he couldn't do my buyer's inspection in the time frame I needed. This other inspector said that Mike had trained under him and would do a very good job. Going with Mike, I was not disappointed. Mike encouraged me to be there with him during the inspection. Over the several hours we spent at the property, he gave me the real "warts and all" story of the house I was about to buy. Mike had the expertise to notice things that I never would have seen, and to know what was a big deal and what wasn't. Every single outlet, faucet, and appliance in the house was checked to be in working order. He suited up in a jumpsuit and crawled through the muddy crawlspace to take pictures and document the condition of the foundation. The report he gave was about 20 pages and top notch with pictures and explanations. It feels good to have the report to document the things that weren't worth bringing up at closing, but things I'd like to keep an eye on as an owner. Mike is retired military and it shows in how motivated and professional he is with his client. He's the kind of advocate you want when buying a home.

I would recommend American Dream Home Inspections to anyone in the market to purchase a home. I recently had a home inspection done. Mike was professional, detail oriented and on time. I stayed for the entire inspection and he was very patient and answered all my questions. When I received his report it was easy to follow and included pictures of the actual deficiencies. This was money well spent. I'm a very satisfied customer.

After the first home inspector we booked with another company cancelled, Mike agreed to help up on very short notice. He arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection from attic to crawl space, keeping me informed of his findings regularly throughout the visit. True to his word, his report was emailed to us the very next day. The report had high quality photos of his findings and detailed exactly what he explained to me at the time of the inspection. No surprises! His rates were very reasonable to boot! Highly recommended!

As a first time home buyer, it was important to me to get the right person for the job. Mike is definitely that person. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. He was very thorough, polite, professional, and informative, even taking the time to finish my report Easter weekend. Best Inspection EVER. Mike is courteous and friendly. I've purchased 4 houses and never had such a thorough inspection. After the inspection was completed, Mike showed me the pictures he had made, and also walked me to certain areas to explain what the problem was and how it did or did not affect the stability of the house. Very impressed with the report and Mike.

American Dream Home Inspections is truly a professional business. The owners are knowledgeable, timely, and detail oriented. I would certainly use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an inspection done. Trustworthy, dependable and Marine owned and operated - it doesn't get any better than that!

Mike was awesome. As a first time home buyer I really had no clue about what to look for or anything. Mike walked me through everything he was doing and what he was looking for. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing a home inspection.

He has inspected 2 homes for me so far and I would definitely choose him again if needed. He is very helpful and will go over everything with you in person and answer any questions. His reports are very detailed ans helpful. I would definitely recommend him :-)
