This place is becoming a joke, had 4 tire mounted and balanced, they gave me a hard time about the size of the tires, told me they were the wrong size. Pointed out that if you look up on the Walmart website it gives the same size as what I had. Went back a week later to get oil changed , they wouldn t change it because of the drain plug, the same drain plug that was in it the last time they changed the oil.

I left 2 wheels needing tires changed. I didn't receive notification that they were ready to pickup for 48 hours. The next morning I get a call that if they're not picked up before 7pm that they're going to remove them and put them back on the shelf. Even worse, one of the tires was in great shape and I told them I was keeping it. When I show back up I'm told that it has already been hauled off. Yea, to an employee's home I'm sure.Service: Tires

Slow! They only had 2 technicians on duty. 2 cars ahead of me with each getting old changes taking them 2 hours to complete. Then it took an hour to change my tire.

This place is a joke. It's Walmart what do you expect. They have done $7,000.00 in damage to my dually wheels and have been giving me the runaround for a year. I have done their job by getting all the quotes for replacement. I worked with them all I can but you just can't help incompetent people that don't know how to do their job. Now they have turned it into Walmart claims on a made up claim to benefit them. Not on the price of replacing the wheels.

I am very disappointed with their service. I was turned away twice at the store when going up there trying to have a new tire put on my car AND then after ordering the tire I needed online to have it shipped to the store for installation and making an appointment to have said tire installed on my vehicle they took it upon themselves to cancel the order and the appointment. No one ever called to let me know this, no email was sent nothing. I will not ever try to use Walmarts Tire Center again.Service: Tires

So much better than the TLEs at other nearby Walmarts! I had a flat tire today in the pouring rain so I called around to find a walmart with my size in stock. Arab was The only location that had the size I needed. The lady that answered the phone got me all set up so when I pulled up the gentleman already knew what I needed. She even offered me a road hazard warranty and the Wal-Mart TLE that I usually go to has never offered that. They quickly changed my tire and even topped off my spare before they put it back! The waiting room was clean and comfortable and the techs were very friendly and made my visit great. I'll definitely be making the drive to this location from now on.

4 stars because they didn't have the tire size needed (had to order), but when the tires did arrive, it was a quick in and out with the scheduled appointment. Great service!

They are the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. They were unwilling to work off my rounded lug nut due to corporate red tape. I had to run to Pesnell here in Arab, and they got it off with ease. Afterward, Walmart was unwilling to squeeze me back in or schedule a time to finish the job I had already payed for. They were going to make me wait an hour and a half. If you re not going to be flexible, don t bill me for services that haven t been performed.

Slow. Like SLOW SLOW! Got there at 2 had my car pulled in the service bay almost immediately and it still took them 3 hours to change my oil and wouldn't replace a tire because 1 lugnut stud was broken off (because they changed my tire before and I had a flat on the side of the rd and had no choice but to break it off so I could get the spare on) even after the 1st guy said it was ok the 2nd guy refused to do it. They look for every excuse imaginable to NOT do whatever u may need done. Save yourself some hassle and lots of time and go elsewhere

I usually use local tire stores but kept getting bad results. The last 2 times I've needed tire work I've went to Walmart and couldn't be more impressed with the guys up there. Great guys with great attitudes.

Did a great job working on my car. But if your in a hurry I wouldn't recommend it you will have to wait but its understandable with everybody short handed.

The service people were so nice. The job was done quickly and they didn't say a word about the tornado..lol..that looked like hit my car .

They don't have enough staff. Very slow but will take care of you. Sometimes there are very unexperienced employees working If so the day you come it. Leave and go back another day. .Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Cracked the side rail on my Altima couldn't ever get through there claims office and the Manager working days on Sunday If I was Walmart I'd fire him he knows nothing about Customer service.I wouldn't let them change the oil in my kids Tonka toy if he was in charge that day.

I was at my appointment on time at 8am and the lady that got my information and keys was very nice and she knew what she was doing they got my car in �nd out in just 30 min having 4 new tires mounted and balanced checked several other things under my hood and let me know the condition and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need just a great all around experience will definitely be back !!

Useless. Tech's input device kept losing entered data on my car and personnel data. Just trying to buy two tires. Would not let me buy size tires I wanted if it did not match original size. How does ppl with trucks get those large tires?

Went for a car battery. Found the battery and took it to the counter, with the core. The clerk didn't know much or even how to operate the register, and I had to wait for them to get help! :-(

Came in to replace one tire. ONE. There were only three other customers and it took them 40 minutes to even get started on my vehicle. They also did not tell me there would be a wait.

Only had one tire and told me I could buy it then drive to another store and get the others.i was not going to do that
