North Country works wonders man! I gave them specifics on what i wanted, and Jordan made sure to make it happen! I ve never been a fan of dealerships because they re always pushy and try to give you the highest payment imaginable, but i told Jordan the numbers i needed and by god, he made it happen!

After my experience with this dealership, I can speak highly of them and I would definitely buy a vehicle from them again. The team at North Country is outstanding. I was looking for a used vehicle and I decided to check out a dealer near Huntsville (only 20 minutes away). I didn't expect to find much, but I got an amazing deal on a Cadillac XT5. The service team told me everything was in great condition and that they were always available if I needed anything. My salesman was very helpful and showed me the Carfax information of the service history and the inspection details. They have a large and diverse inventory of cars, trucks, and SUVs. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. They answered all my questions and explained the features and benefits of each vehicle that I test drove. They also offered me a reasonable price and a good financing option. The whole process was seamless. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend North Country to anyone looking for a quality new or used car and excellent service.

We drove a little over 4 hours yesterday to North Country to buy this ATS-V. Jeremy was able to work us a deal over the phone throughout the week and we were in and out in about 30 minutes once we got there.Super friendly people and an exceptional salesman. Buying cars would be a lot easier if you had someone like Jeremy helping you out. He even filled us up for the ride back, super appreciative of that!

We thought there would be absolutely no way we would be able to get financed buy family kept telling us to call North Country CDJR. We finally caved and thought it couldn't hurt and I'm so thankful we did. They were able to get us financed exactly where we wanted to be in payments. Jordan, our salesman was the best we have ever had! He was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. He truly made us feel like family while we were there. I couldn't recommend him enough! If you are having any doubts or think you can't get financed go see Greg and Ashley Anthony! They can make it happen for you!! Make sure you ask for Jordan! He won't let you down!

I had an amazing experience, everyone here was extremely nice!!! They worked so hard to get me to my price that I needed and gave me an excellent trade in value on the vehicle I previously had!! I have to give a big shout out to Jordan and Jonathan for being so helpful and kind! I would definitely highly recommend everyone check them out!

I just bought a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from North Country CDJR in Arab.I'm very happy with how I was treated there.Our Salesman is Jordan Rutherford.Jordan was perfect. He was kind, very polite, knowledgeable, & listened to me.I have Very little patience with pushy sales people! He was not!I recommend this Dealership and especiallyJordan Rutherford.And my Jeep is Perfect!

Initially a bad situation, but was made right by service manager, Jason!I took my 2013 Wrangler in for a recall and to diagnose a burning smell. I had an appointment set for 8 AM and dropped the car off on time Friday. It was suggested the recall would be a 2 hour fix and the diagnosis should not take much longer. Unfortunately, I called back after 2 hours for an update and couldn't get any sort of answer. Mikey in the service department was very nice, but he was not able to give any sort of update. This was a problem as my wife and I would be in trouble if I couldn't get my car back ASAP. I had to call several other times and felt put off by the receptionist who was unwilling to be patient or investigate to help me have an idea of the time expectation, she even got short with me when I was politely asking questions to get a better understanding of my situation. Eventually, after 8 hours I did get a call back with an explanation of the issue. I was unable to get a ride back to the dealership as it was the end of day, which I figured would be fine because their hours are listed as being open on Saturday from 8-7. When I showed up this morning at 8 the receptionist told me the lobby was open for sales, but I would not be able to get my car until Monday because the service department is closed on Saturday (they need to update hours online!). Since I had already driven an hour to the dealership this was a huge problem. Fortunately, the receptionist was able to get in touch with the service manager, Jason, who not only helped when the service department was not open but gave me the best deal possible for the diagnosis that they had completed. He did explain that they are overwhelmed with work and understaffed, which is understandable. He apologized for them not having better communication with me the day before.Overall, I feel like the staff here are fair and nice (under responsive at times though). Expect a long process, but they will work with you!

If you need a new car , Trey is your man. He run around making sure we were taken care of along with dealing with other customers. He made it happen when we didn t think we could make it happen. He was very awesome and patient . We looked at many cars ended up with a brand new one. Awesome experience, awesome service, excellent staff. 10/10 experience

The service department will absolutely lie to you to rake you across the coals. I was informed that my front right lower control arm was bad. It was not. I was also advised that the caliper has seized and the car was not driveable. The calipers fine, and the car drives just fine. The only good thing I can say is that they DID fix the original issue (while claiming that they hadn't, trying to get a thousands more out of me). Their recommendation that the car wasn't driveable meant that the $200 I spent on the tow truck was completely wasted, because that was yet another lie. The level of dishonesty is beyond the pale. Their sales department might be awesome, but their parts department are absolute liars, and I'd stay as far away from them as possible.

I traded my Dodge 3500 on a 2022 Dodge 3500 at North Country CDJR and Jeremy Brown made it so easy. I literally only had to come in to sign papers and pick up the truck. Him and the team also got me an awesome deal and even got my a powertrain warranty with my truck. I will definitely be back and buy more vehicles from Jeremy Brown and the team at North Country CDJR

I m very disappointed that I have to do this. I liked the vehicle and the salesman, Trey, enough to purchase upon a fair deal. Unfortunately for myself and Trey that opportunity was blown by the finance manager Brian. I don t need to go into details on how bad their numbers were compared to the advertised price that compelled me to visit the dealership in the first place. Plenty of other reviewers apparently experienced the same issue.What shocked my wife and I the most was the utter disregard for professionalism from Brian, the finance manager. First he couldn t even look me in the eyes while shaking my hand cause he was too busy trying to make an impression on my beautiful wife right in front of me. Already off to a bad start, and then I have to explain to him basic math and spoon feed him the simple addition of numbers that got me to my offer price. Then he literally told me I could leave his store because he s not going to do business with someone like me, and that he wouldn t tolerate someone calling him a thief.Now keep in mind this literally happened the way I explain it and my entire experience with him lasted a total of a minute. That s how long it took him to lose his cool and talk to me in such an unprofessional manner.To add to his embarrassing attitude, he was literally talking about us as he was walking back to his finance office and carrying on to his coworkers , claiming that I called him a thief and that he won t tolerate or do business with someone like that.After leaving and heading back home, which is thirty minutes from the dealership, Trey calls me. He did his best to apologize for what happened, as he also was hurt by his finance manager s immature behavior, ruining a strong possibility for a sale.At this point after my experience and reading other reviews of this dealership, it is clear upper management is missing out on better sale s numbers to the arrogance and temperament of a few employees. Surely yall can do better. And if not, my money is better spent somewhere else, where a fair deal won t cause such an unprofessional experience and waste of time and money.

Even with my low credit and a few paper work snags they didn't stop till I had a vehicle! These are the guys you want to take care of you and your family

I can honestly say this was quickest purchase experience I've ever dealt with. The staff was very helpful. Jordan Rutherford has been the most patient salesman, very informative and helpful with my questions and was so understanding to my schedule and some unexpected outside events that popped up during my thinking and purchasing time. The entire staff at North Country has been so helpful and worked very well with me and my Dad. The building is so nice and set up for customer service. Overall best car purchasing experience to date! Jordan was very good at interacting over the phone when I couldn't be there in person. That made such a difference in my decisions.

Not impressed. Saw a new vehicle on line. Contacted dealership by email. Was contacted by a salesman in a reasonable amount of time. Then it is down hill from there. Salesman said the vehicle I was interested in was in their Florida location. I explained to him, pictures were from local dealership and I even gave the stock number. Next reply, yes it is here I think. Need to find it. That was the last response from him.I went to the dealership a couple hours later, only to find salesman out. Vehicle just sold. While I was standing there. Pawned off to two other salesman, and the real kicker. " If you would have put a deposit down , we could have held it". Two things.1. A deposit was never mentioned.2. Why would I put a deposit on a vehicle that the salesman could not find?And I was going to buy today.

Beware beware. This place is a joke. They will lie to you to make a sale. Nick just told me he wasn't doing nothing to help with the issues cause I made a complaint through the better business bureau. So that goes to show how they think of customers.

Had a great car buying experience with my salesman Holden. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at and test drove. I felt like he really was trying to help me find the best vehicle inside of my budget. I'd recommend him and the fine people at North Country to anyone! Ive had my new to me car, a 2013 Hyundai Equus, for about a week now and Ive had no issues to speak of.

Absolute pleasure to deal with! My sales associate, Summer, did an excellent job communicating and arranging a fair deal, with my trade-in, over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, the deal was exactly as we discussed without any haggling back and forth required. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience and I won't hesitate to make the 2 hour trip for another purchase in the future!
