This dealership is amazing. It's very rare anymore that you actually get to speak to the owner. Brian was amazing. Mark our salesman was wonderful. Very friendly and professional. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I definitely highly recommend them. I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. Thanks again for your help, Mark and Brian. Fae was wonderful and easy to work with. She took care of all the paperwork and finances. Was in and out in less than an hour. 47 years old and have never been treated like this. I can't say how much we are thankful for everything.

Very relaxed experience. Doug (our salesman) showed us several trucks and answered all our questions. Then after we settled on a truck and price, he spent an hour going over all the features on the truck. Some of the newfangled technology is a little intimidating but he carefully explained it and said call with any further questions, which I did the next day. He quickly answered my new questions.

Everyone at this dealership is wonderful. I can t say enough about them . Our purchase was the easiest car purchase I have ever done . We had a seasoned salesman who knew exactly what he could do for us when we ask. There was no going back and forth between him and the finance dept. we presented what we wanted and needed and Doug made it work. We have already told many people to go to Joe V Clayton the next time they purchase an auto .

Mark is one of the nicest, most helpful auto salesman I have ever known. He helped me in the selection and purchase of a 2024 Chevy Equinox. The dealership all the way up and including the owner are extremely nice people. I had a wonderful experience and love my new 2024 Premier "Red Line Edition" Equinox. Joe V. This is the ONLY place we go! Love, Love, Doug, Jeremy and the guys! We know we get top notch service and HONEST assessments of our vehicles. My Clyde is there right now getting its check up! NOBODY touches my vehicles, but Joe V Claton Chevrolet in Arab! NOBODY!

Mark Holmes is awesome in customer service. He has kept us informed about our truck the entire time since we ordered it on June 1st. He helped us one day even tho he was on vacation. Thank you for being such a great company to do business with.

This dealership was extremely easy to work with and not pushy at all, which is a huge plus for me! It didn t take me long at all to decide what I wanted and Doug made it happen. My husband and I can t thank Doug enough for coming out of his way to deliver the vehicle to us since our schedules didn t line up to make it back to finish paperwork together. I m loving my new 2023 Traverse!!

I bought my Avalanche from them in 2011 and it's been in the garage except short visits to the grocery store. I received a recall in the mail that the airbags had reportedly killed people from throwing out metal shards. They ordered the part and I dropped off the vehicle only to pick up a vehicle with a busted dash. They deny any responsibility. Brian, we did business together for years and I'm disappointed in the way you've treated this situation.

I highly recommend Joe V Clayton Chevrolet. I had a great experience buying from them, it was quick and easy. They didn't try to pressure you into buying extra warranty and didn't try adding any hidden fees, they was straight forward. Doug Maddux was my salesman, he is a down to earth kind of guy. Great salesman!

I had an appointment and told them what needed to be done to my car. The appointment was at 8:00 AM. I needed it serviced, new tires, and brakes or rotors turned or replaced. I called 2 weeks before to make sure everything was in place and it would not take a long time. My daughter was there before 8:00 and left at 4:15. She was not ever offered a car until 3:30 and not even offered any lunch or a way to go get any. I have been very pleased with my service in the past but the last one was not good. Very dissatisfied with the service .

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my first vehicle with this dealership. They all were so friendly and transparent and helped me with the vehicle I wanted. I also appreciated the family atmosphere without the haggling or condescending attitude I had experienced elsewhere. The prices are also phenomenal without outrageous fees. I m grateful for having found them and the customer service they provided.

Super friendly and very professional. We met just about everyone at the dealership including the owner. All of our questions were answered and we never felt pressured in any way.Traveled from out of town to pick up vehicle after deciding to purchase after viewing online and securing financing approval over the phone. All paperwork was ready when we arrived and no surprises. Best car buying experience we've ever had by far.

We drove almost two hours to come to this dealership. We were able to get a much nicer vehicle than we had anticipated due to the pricing. The transaction was extremely straightforward with no hidden fees. I will recommend this dealership to everyone! Our salesman, Nic, was just the best. Everyone we encountered in the dealership was top notch. I cannot recommend this dealership enough!

I live over 100 miles away from this dealership with several local Chevrolet dealerships that I tried to make a deal with, but Joe V Clayton Chevrolet had by far the best deal on the truck that I wanted to purchase and gave me a great trade in allowance on my old truck. Was able to do most of the preliminary negotiations through phone/text which made the buying experience very convenient. Staff was very attentive and helpful throughout the buying experience and even gave me better financing through GM Financial even though I had already arranged a loan through a local credit union. I haven't purchased a new vehicle in over a decade so I am behind on all the new technology, but Doug was patient and explained all the new features of my new truck. I already have and will continue to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Chevrolet. Well worth the drive to make a deal with Sammy and his team at Joe V Clayton Chevrolet in Arab, Alabama.

They sales staff and employees were amazing! They made my first new car purchase so easy and helped me get the exact car I was looking for. They informed me of any discounts I qualified for and helped me with the process of obtaining. My sales person spent a great deal of time explaining the features of my car and made sure I was happy with it before we closed the great deal! I felt like I was among old friends. I will highly recommend everyone looking for a vehicle to visit Joe V. Clayton Chevy!

We drove up from Chelsea, Al to look at a vehicle, a hour and 45 minute drive, on a recommendation from a friend. Excellent experience. The saleperson, Doug Maddox, was very friendly and helpful. He answered any questions I had for him quickly through texts. Everyone else that we dealt with was also very friendly. Never felt pressured into buying. We were initially looking at a used Traverse from a different dealership but we got such a good price from Joe V Clayton that we ended up buying a new one from them. I would definitely recommend using them
