The girl working didn't know what she was talking about. Needed a thermostat, which is around $17. She told me $259! Shows me a utube video how hard it was change in my car and what she priced was actually the whole kit. I took my business to another store

The man inside was super helpful and got the oil cap off my car for me. It was stuck tight and my hands weren't strong enough to get it off. He also checked my oil and added as much as I needed. With no indication that I'd be purchasing anything at his store. When I decided to buy more oil he went and found what I needed and brought it to the check out. I appreciate his help so very much! Thank you!

Being a career mechanic, I've been to and use any and every parts store to cut cost for my customers and me, so I don't usually deal with Advance Auto parts store, but the guys at the Arab store kept on trying to fix my issue with a battery warranty until my warranty was honored and fulfilled. They went above and beyond for me and I am grateful for them. Top shelf!! Kinda rare to hear from me.

The gentleman helped by changing out my car battery in the rain, with no awning. Also was helpful in getting the discounts I could possibly get.Hats off

I was shopping recently for new strut assemblies for my car due to my struts locking up. Looked online and tried to order and it said call store. Called the store and the affordable ones were unavailable ! What a shocker. Decided to get my parts from Rock Auto and had them in 2 days at half the price ! Not messing with these auto part stores anymore unless its an emergency. If it shows up online, it should be available or show unavailable, not call the store.

Super helpful. The girl I met there took my wiper blades off for me and put new ones on as well as helped me pick out a good and fair priced set of wiper blades. Would definitely recommend

**I used to love this place. But now that CHAD IS GONE. I refuse to go. Everyone else working there has virtually no knowledge of car repair or troubleshooting. ** I love this place. They can look up motorcycle parts. As Auto Zone cannot. The customer service is outstanding here.

This past week I lost my trailer brakes on travel trailer coming back from a trip. I determined the receptacle on the truck was bad. I went to all local auto parts competitors in Arab and none of them had the part in stock. I was told they could order it for $61. Advance was the last store I checked but should have been the FIRST ! Not only did Advance have the part in stock on the shelf, it was 50% cheaper at only $30.I almost got ripped off by the competition. Thanks Advance for having the part in stock, its probably a pretty common failure and for the life of me can't figure out why other parts stores wouldn't carry it on the shelf. Also thank you very much for selling it at a fair price of 50% cheaper than other part stores..

Bought wiper blades, had an issue with them not fitting properly. They replaced them with a more expensive set at no additional cost and installed them. Great customer service!
