The BEST service department in the area! Fair prices, always honest & fast work. Stephen (service manager) is amazing. Very personable & always up front about costs. I will use them every time!

Some employees seem SO unhappy working there. Female cashier at service department doesn't even acknowledge people in line. People at Red McCombs Ford Svc Dept are awesome.

Had an appointment for an oil change and inspection and waited more than an hour. Thought these things generally took less time. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say

We just stopped in on our way to Cullman from Atlanta because of a noise that started during the drive. They got us in immediately, fixed the problem in 30 minutes and sent us on our way. Super friendly folks too. Just a little jealous of the people who get to come here on a regular basis for service. Thanks!

I had an appointment for 10 am, but they didn't take my car in until 11 am. I try to be understanding of things like that, but it's still aggrevating. The thing that I can't understand is that not one single employee wore a mask or practiced socal distancing. Alabama is in the middle of a covid explosion, but you'd never know it by what I saw going on at their service department. If I didn't have to take my vehicle there, I wouldn't.

I brought my car home with repairs still needed. I would expect all repairs related to the reason I carried it in for service to be done. I left a message with Tim, the manager of the service department and naturally didn't receive a call back. I am very disappointed in the service I received.

They do a good job. The girl who works at the counter when you walk in is beautiful. Always prompt and friendly. They gave me cookies when I was in there last.

Good service but high prices and tries to get you to pay for things that doesn't cost much. Over charge.

As previously stated dealership service is always gonna be expensive, but they give a free wash with every service. That'll cost ya another $30-$60 at other dealerships around town.
