I came with my mother to get her oil changed and tires rotated. She had an 11:00 A.M. APPOINTMENT, but it was a few minutes after NOON before they even started. Appointments are meaningless and worthless here. Plan on spending a couple hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation because appointment times mean nothing here. Why require appointments if they can't even follow their own schedule.
