Wouldn't really recommend going here unless you know exactly what your problem is or you just need a basic service done. I had an issue that is not resolved after around 600 dollars and three trips up there. The people are nice and the work they did was fine, they just didn't know how to fix my problem and didn't tell me up front.

Although the dealers were nice n friendly, the service people were informative/friendly, but after a year of having my Mustang GT 5.0 radio fixed, I m sorry, but this still frustrates me (yes, a year later), they gave my car back in a mess footprints in the back seat floor, hand prints on the window (inside & out) & the exterior of the car AND in the trunk, they didn t put the wall covering/carpet back the way it should be. This is why I haven t been back for a service or anything. Very disappointing from a dealership

This place tried to rip my father off while I was deployed to the Middle East. He was taking care of my car while I was deployed. He went in for a tail light and they told him it was the smart box in the engine and it would be over $600.00 dollars. I told him to wait until I got home. I replaced the tail lights with brand new ones and presto fixed the problem. This place will lie to you and try to con you out of your hard earned money. If they try to rip off two vets in one go, they will definitely not have a problem doing the same to you. They lost a life long Ford customer.

Scarlett Hammett was awesome! She informed me about what was needed on my vehicle. The technician had her bring me to my vehicle to show me how bad my tires were getting. After this she did a price comparison on tires for me and informed me about the prices. I always take my vehicle here for service and I will continue.
