I bought foam for my 1963 Ford Falcon 2dr hardtop. The foam was for my bucket seats. I found Pro/fit Auto interior on line. I had a great experience with them over the phone. The lady who answered my call was very professional and assured me the item was in stock. The price was lowered during Black Friday weekend so I received a great discount. The delivery only took a week since it came out of California where I live, so thanks Pro/ Fit you came thru when I really needed my foam. WelI packaged. I recommend the foam product I bought Thanks will purchase in the future, I will keep your contact info.

High quality upholstery. I am doing a restoration on a rare 7-Litre convertible. Ordered a complete interior. Had one small mistake on the order and they worked to get it corrected, no questions asked. I have recommended to others in our group and they were all happy with results!

Working on a 1970 AMC Rebel Mechine , Ordered the interior back in March 2023 , Said would take a while that was ok for me because ,I had other stuff to do. 1/9/2024 Got my interior kit front and back , Looks great and I saved a some money by ordering from them. It all comes from Legendary Interiors anyway . And the wait time was the same , so save some money . And Buy from Pro Fit Interiors ! Thanks Ray

Called for a specific interior and color. I was the LUCKY GUY! Lindsey Hays was the gal on the other end of the phone. She was very knowledgeable answered every question and told me able special discounts and lead times. Her honesty, professional, and knowledgeable attitude will have me use Pro-Fit for my interior needs 5-STARS

I found the item I was looking for online at this site. So a few clicks later, I purchased it. The item that was shown and described on the website, was NOT the item that showed up. They said it wasn't their fault. (It's definitely not my fault). So I asked for them to make it right and send the correct ones, and they said that the item shown aren't available. So I asked for a refund, and they wanted me to pay a 25% restocking fee. If you ordered a box of Corn flakes, and when you opened the box, there were dried peas inside, you wouldn't expect to pay a % fee to return it.I lost it then. (Sorry). They tried to make excuses by saying things like "We told you on the phone", (when I called after waiting about 6 days to get an update on shipping), but they never said such a thing.In the end, they offered to send some decals to make my items to look like the items I ordered. Which was a satisfactory solution to me.If you insist buying from this establishment, I highly recommend calling before ordering, to make certain you are getting exactly what it is you want.Service: Retrofitting

Absolutely fantastic service that could not have been any better! In a retail environment nowadays that promotes false Item in stock tags regardless of whether something is actually on a shelf or in some dropship warehouse somewhere across the country or even backordered, THANK YOU for being people of your word not only on your site but also by phone. I ordered hood for my truck. It arrived in good condition and was packaged very well. I was all i expected it to be did take longer to get than I expected. I did call contact number several times with no answer.When i was able to talk to them they were very professional and my order was on its way. I would do business with them again for sure. I think i would call them an do order over the phone.

I am satisfied with my order, was exactly the same as factory original in the car, fit is perfect. I put them in storage as the car is at the body shop currently will post pictures of them next year. Don t be in a hurry for the product as took 5 months to get them but well worth the wait and cost, I had a quote from a local upholstery shop and they would not get the correct color or copy the original stitch pattern and their price was over 700 dollars higher that Pro-fit . I am super satisfied with my purchase.

Update again.As promised they did send the extra parts that were needed to complete our interior.Update: We finally received the parts. We have yet to install the items, so I cannot comment on the quality or the fit. Colors seem to be spot on as ordered. We were promised some more items, and if and when they do come, I will revise this review to a more positive experience.Over a year and half and paid in full for door panels and seat covers?Yeah, they WILL be getting a call from us, AGAIN.Excuse after excuse they give us when they promised to fulfill the order in 4 - 6 weeks!We've been VERY patient and sympathetic with them. NO MORE, we are done!BBB they have an F rating!! Gee, you wonder why?

Beware not a professional company, I ordered seat covers in June 2019 was told order would take six weeks. I had to make several calls and finally received the order six months later and the order was not complete. Kept telling me order was in shipping for months. Owner was not apologetic just offered to reorder missing part.

Our shop ordered rear seat covers 66 ford Fairlane Lindsey told my husband 5 weeks. Call back 6 1/2 weeks later and talked to Libby . Less just say I hope no one has to talk to LIBBY Dr was one of the rudest people in my 55 years that I have ever talked with . She pretty much called me a lire . And said that the person that was selling me the product Lindsey said she never told me 5 weeks . Libby said that she never said that . I said let me speak to Lindsey , LIBBY said she was not there. So I said may be you were not there when she told me five weeks. Been 9 Day still no refund . Just talked to them at pro fit they said that there s a note to do a refund. This is how they do business.

June 5, 2019: Friendly and helpful people, but I ordered in Mid February 2019 and its June 5, 2019 and I don't have anything yet.July 8, 2019: I received 1 seat foam kit. I ordered 2. Still waiting for follow up from Pro/Fit on the balance of a $1600+ order made Feb 15, 2019. HELP!!!!Sept 5th, 2019: Some difficulty with the supplier resulted in this order being cancelled. Pro Fit was kind enough to refund me the balance of the undelivered order. Thanks Libby and Lindsie for your help and support.

If you value your money you will not waste your time. I ordered back in Sept 2018, 18 weeks later still hadn't received my order, despite being repeatedly told "2 more weeks". I even contacted the manufacturer for the parts they sell to only be told there was no order there in our names, and they drop ship so they would have to have it. They finally stopped replying at all to my emails requesting an update or refund. I finally had to file a claim with PayPal to return my funds, which I have received because they never answered the complaint. Very dishonest company.

Ordered interior items for my car. They stated it would take approximately 6 weeks maybe less time. I called several times for an update and was told every time it was in production as it has to be custom made. At week 7, I was finally told they failed to submit my order and said they could submit the order but would now take 8 more weeks due to the work load of the manufacturer. Since I needed the items, I agreed. Now it is week 9 on the second go around and still nothing. Waiting for a phone call and will most likely cancel my order or have to go to my bank and report as fraud if they are not willing to assist.

I ordered new rear seat covers for my 1966 Fairlane GT in Oct. 2018. The website says it could take 4-6 weeks time. It has now been about 17 weeks. After every call or email they say it will ship next week. The past few weeks I have been asking for a refund but have not received one.I would suggest ordering from another supplier. It may cost you a few more $ but it will be worth it.

I ordered interior for my car at the end of June. It says 6-8 weeks for delivery. They took my money in lighting speed and sent an invoice out that said it had a link to veiw my order at anytime. First status said that order had been accepted. 5 weeks into it status still days the same, so curious I emailed asking for an update. They mail back in a few days saying they need to be made and it takes 6-8 weeks. So week 8, no change in status...email again, they say they should ship next week. Week 10 no tracking number and no change in status. Called this time...they say that they shipped but she doesnt have tracking and will find out and call back. 4 days no call, so i call back. Talk to owner, she said she has been out and that she cant do everything, and stated that the tooling machine is broken and that my parts never shipped, and asked for 2-3 more weeks. 3 weeks go by, and I call and was told that will ship at end of week and email tracking....well you guessed it, NOTHING. Called again, owner started to say she has been out and dont have any notes, I then asked for refund which she was happy to do and in a timely manner.. Long story short...they can not deliver, this was 4 months of head aches and missing car shows, and a gutted car waiting for parts....was happy ending, ordered from MACS AUTO and had my parts the next week....10 stars to them if I could.....PRO FIT has very poor customer service. NOT A RECOMENDED SELLER.

Pretty great experience overall. Helpful, and quick on the phone with my questions before order a complete wiring kit for a 62 Falcon. The item itself was way cheaper than anywhere else I could find online and nothing but quality - perfect for a non-mechanic like myself! Only thing that wasn't great was the 2 week wait before it was shipped (wasn't clear to me while ordering either)... but that was it!

Ordered roll up rear window seals for my 1980 Eldorado .Had them installed nice fit but each oneLeft and right side had to be stretch to screw it in place. Over time they may have to be replaced willTry rubber softener to see if it will help form working itself loose from the screw best part is made in theUSA

I ve dealing with pro- fit for years great folks Rick and Libby. Will keep doing business with them. However sometimes you order things and the people that they buy from don t always do what they say. So keep that in mind any work that rick has done has been excellent.

I ordered door panels for my 68 ranchero. after 5 months i cancelled the order because it wasn't made yet. I found out about ordering from a different supplier tha ]t the order came from them. I reordered and waited 7 more months for my panels. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!

This must be the most worst company ever! They took my money and i waited months for a simple product. Customer service is superbad, slow response, unprofessional short answers, never a name under the mails. And after waiting and complaining to them, they didnt even respond to my emails anymore. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. All they do is keep you waiting and take your money. Be warned! Read the reviews, do some research. Just walk away from them.

I ordered door panels and waited 8 months and did not receive them and have been trying to get my money back . They do not return calls or respond to messages. I would not recommend them.
