Michael was fantastic. Service was completed efficiently and professionally. He was knowledgeable about possible recalls and issues with our make and model and completed the job quickly while making sure my entire family left laughing.

I visited yesterday for the first time for an oil change. Mark, was my technician and he was simply Excellent. Mark was professional, knowledgeable, and considerate with a smile. The Service was top notch, and I will be returning! I sat in the car while getting serviced, you ll be in and out.

I stopped in to get my tail light replaced and Chris and Kyle both assisted with the procedure and took care of me in a very professional manner. They joked with me and laughed and had fun while working hard and steady to get the job completed. I love this place I get my oil changed here all the time and it is always a top notch service and Chris and Kyle made that happen today with a great job. When I arrived everyone was very respectful & friendly and the service was excellent and speaking of excellent Brandon was one of the mechanics that perform work on my vehicle. Brandon also went above and beyond to make sure I had a ride to work and back from work that day because he told me that I had an oil leak that needed to be fix right away! I couldn t thank him more enough for giving me a ride to work and also picking me up to get me back to my vehicle Brandon was my life saver that day because if he didn t help me I didn t know how I would have made it that day but he made my day smooth with no worries and now my vehicle is back running THANK YOU so much Brandon & Express Oil Change you guys ROCK!!!!!

My husband and I visited Express Oil Change in Annison January 12th, 2024. Kyle did an outstanding job, very courteous and professional. He took time to answer all my questions and took care of everything very proficiently! Before leaving, Brandon helped us with a tire pressure issue and he was also extremely polite, friendly and answered all my questions patiently. I , would like to express my experience with express oil change, I met a young man by the name of Brandon words can t even express how outstanding he was towards me. He treated me so good him and the other employees it feels good with the time that we are in to find a group of people that make u feel like family Mr.Brandon always go above and beyond the measure to work with me he is currently working on my CLA Mercedes-Benz repairing my alternator I will continue to bring my business to express all on McClellan Boulevard outstanding team thanks El Hassane

My wife and I use this store for all of our oil change and basic maintainance needs. She usually brings the car, as I'm typically working when the shop is open. Every single time, not one time excluded, we have had excellent experiences. We are always promptly addressed, taken care of, and never felt over pressured to purchase services or items that were available. All of the mechanics are honest with us about what we need, and what we can safely put off monetarily speaking. They still, however, do their job in recommendations and offering services, just not in an abrasive or pushy way. My wife has in particular dealt with Hunter quite a few times, and she always comments on the fact that he is friendly, approachable, and doesn't make her feel stupid for simply being a female in an area she has little to no knowledge of. I also, as her husband, appreciate that she has never been made to feel uncomfortable or harassed by any of the workers, which has happened at other places. All of the workers have been great and deserve a shout out. Even our dogs love them, as they are usually with us when we come. Highly recommend this place, even if you live closer to another express or oil change place. It's worth a couple extra miles to drive there and we appreciate them. Thanks again, guys (and gal)!

I can't thank Kyle enough! This young man is very professional, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond! I am a disabled Army Veteran that uses a wheelchair, and Kyle always ensures that I am comfortable and that all of my vehicle needs are taken care of with quality work and efficiency! Kyle is definitely a valuable asset to Express Oil Change & Tire!

I am very particular about my car, so I don t let just anyone work on my vehicles. I needed a battery installed and usually I would do it my self but my car is complicated. I was immediately greeted. Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. I couldn t be more pleased with the service, professionalism, and friendliness throughout the process. I will definitely be back. Fast service & fair prices. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Hunter helped me with my oil change and was very thorough in checking my vehicle out and letting me know of any problems. Sure beats waiting forever for oil changes at other places! I used the one in Lenlock.

Very good service. Completed the service I had done at the Jacksonville store when my car stated same problem with hose leaking occurred again. Replaced the hose that was not diagnosed before. Very happy with their service.

So I ve been a customer to express oil for many years. Had an unfortunate incident happen at a different location. So I went to the Anniston location where I met Kyle. Kyle listened to me fuss about another location which he had nothing to do with and ttrated me right even knocked off some of the price with my visit. I appreciated that as I was not expecting it. I will now be visiting this location. Thanks again to all y all At Anniston express oil

They printed me out multiple quotes for work that "needed" doing and work that they seen could be addressed while I was there. There was no pressure to choose despite them being busy. Their prices rival other garages.

I went to this Express Oil Change & Tire today (08 Nov 2023) and asked if they could put in new fog light housings for a Lincoln Navigator (Already Had The New Fog Light Housing With Me). The Mechanic (Aaron Wade) came out and looked and said yes, it should be done in about 45 minutes. I said ok, Thanks. I left him my name and phone number. Gave him the keys and the new Fog Light Housings. My C0-worker and I left, and withing 20 minutes. I received a call from Mr. Aaron Wade. He said That He went a head and got me done and it's ready for pickup. I asked Mr. Aaron Wade, How much do I owe. He said, Since you are a loyal customer. It's on the house. It didn't take much to switch out the old for the new. So I'm not charging you for that. I said thanks, You guys are awesome. The reason that I ended up here at this shop, was because the previous day I had went to the shop at 1960 US-78 Oxford, AL. to get and oil change and asked them to do it while they were doing an oil change. they told me that they couldn't do it. I said ok. I live about 7 - 8 minutes from the shop in Oxford, AL. I work up the street from the shop in Anniston, AL. and this is where we take out Work Vehicle for maintenance. I think I will start traveling about 20 minutes to this shop in the future for all my maintenance from here on out. Thanks Aaron Wade and Express Oil Change For Great Customer Service. Awesome - I fully recommend this shop.... 5 Stars (Should be 10 *)

Aaron and his guys are top notch, they diagnosed my issue quickly that Sunny King Honda kept dismissing it as a tire issue. The vehicle is now fixed and drives like a brand new truck. I highly recommend using these guys for ANYTHING you need done to your vehicles.

Got a good price & excellent service on my tires & battery replacement. Thank you James & all The staff. This will be my go to place for tires, batteries, oil change & repairs. Thanks again guys.New visit today with my truck. Was expect to replace the water pump which is more costly than the belt replacement that fixed my problem.
