My alternator went out on my car. I have a lifetime warranty on it and they gave me a new one without any charges!! I was so happy about that warranty!

They were wonderfull. Ordered my battery and installed it the next Day. It was for a special type Car. 100 percent pleased.

Went in for a refund on a part I had bought and didn't need. Refund given without a problem. And that was without my receipt. Very friendly and helpful service people.

Very direct. I only said three words ; belt, thank you, got two gaskets for my waterpump without a word too. I think this would be intuitive customer service.

Always very helpful. I somehow always get to deal with Ms. Katie on the phone. But, the guys are very helpful all the way around the store. This is my favorite location to do business with!!! Keep up the great work, crew!!!

One of the worst part stores I have ever shopped. I was in the store 5 minutes before the employee (all in the back of the store) came up front. This is after another customer yelled hello. When the cashier finally came to the register, she was rude. I received the wrong part and had to return it. Just awful. I had to give them a 1 star but they deserve no stars. Smh.

It was a bad evening for me, but y'all saved my hide from it becoming a far worse night. I'm glad I was able to limp off the interstate to your store and get good and honest help. Got me, my car, dog, and motorcycle back home safely. Thank you VERY much! Good folks indeed!

Was a little under- staffed for a Saturday 08/18/18 Greenbrier location , but still Great customer service, and he was the only guy there. He help me find everything I needed while dealing with other customers and answering the non-stop ringing phones..Don't know his name , but he needs a raise (advance auto). Will be back.

I have very little knowledge about cars and came to this location needing help bc my check engine light had just come on. When I walked in I waited in line for awhile before I was acknowledged. A man asked what I needed and when I told him I needed help with a check engine light he immediately dismissed me and said he couldn't because of COVID. I asked if I could do it myself even though I have never in my life used the diagnosis tool. I was struggling but got a code. Went back inside to return the device and ask what the code meant when another guy helped me. He was absolutely amazing!!! He got a better diagnosis tool and came out to my car and did it himself although the other guy said they couldn't. I am a single mom with 2 girls so this type of customer service was extremely impressive and I appreciated it so much. He then checked my oil level and it was bone DRY!!!! That's why I was getting the check engine light. He added oil and fixed my issue. Had it not been for him I wouldnt even have a vehicle today!!!

According to them my 2013 Hyundai veloseter doesn't have a rear windshield wiper when it clearly does so they don't carry the part and I was argued with over that fact..... I drive the car I think I know what's on it

Jesse will go up and out of his way to make sure the custom is always happy. Will always give advice and make sure you have the best part for your vehicle. I make my family go here and I wont buy parts anywhere else.

For the retail customer, the chain is the highest priced auto parts store on the planet. They rely on the do it yourselfer who doesn't know any better. The average person just doesn't know. Check Rock Auto online before you buy.

Great friendly staff, ever now and then you have to wait in line for a long period with only one cashier at times. While the other guys doing who knows what. But anyway I still get my parts there
