Fantastic customer service and financing! Cary Langley personally delivered two new gators to my mom and dad who live in Andalusia. I purchased them for my parents so that they would not have to deal with the two broke down golf carts that they have had for years. I live in Dallas and all it took was a few phone calls to Carey and he took care of everything. All the documents were signed through email. The process was seamless. Can t say enough about how easy it was to make this purchase!

Highly recommend Sunsouth-Andalusia if you are looking to buy a tractor or other implements. Working with Drew Bowers to get me into the right tractor was an absolute pleasure. Drew is a no-nonsense, no-haggle, straight shooter who knows the products and will take very good care of you. I don't think it could have gone any better. Five Stars all day!!!!!

We had the very best experience we've ever had purchasing an item.. Mr. Cary Mitchell was helpful, caring and honest...To be completely honest, we told Cary what we wanted in a johndeere gator, and we also laid out the terms we could live with... and to top it off, we also told Cary that we doubted he could help up us for certain personal issues.. But... Cary asked to please give him a chance.. WELL..Not only did we get the gator we wanted, it also came with alot of extras.. Cary Mitchell not only met our needs but went above and beyond the call when came to customer care... we highly recommend people do what we did ...GIVE CARY MITCHELL AND ANDALUSIA SUN SOUTH A CHANCE..

This was the most pleasurable experience buying a new tractor! Cary Langley was super! He explained the details of the financing in layman terms and not bankers terms! He also took the time to explain all the features of the new tractor versus our old one.A HUGE thank you to Cary and Sunsouth!

I had a wonderful experience with Drew Bowers he's my go to guy not only did he sell me a tractor he took time out of his day to come troubleshoot a issue I was having over a hr away so I will rate him a 10/10 his response was immediate and he answered all my questions over the weekend which he didn't have to do...Drew is the Bomb!!

We needed a part for the John Deere lawn mower, which the Andalusia AL store had. The parts department was willing to wait a few minutes after closing for us to get there and purchase the part. So very nice to still see committed employees to serving the public. A job well done!!! Thank you!

Have purchased other equipment in the past and the staff has been great. Last week we purchased multiple pieces of new equipment including new tractor, bailer, rake and cutter. Multiple electronic features. Still trying to use YouTube to figure out how to run it. You wouldn t buy a car and they not show you how to use it. Disappointed that they didn t take the time to show us how to use the electronics or how to set it up. Should have been included in the purchase. Offered to charge us and have someone come out a week later. Once the purchase was complete I feel like the customer service is not important. Very frustrated and disappointed. Sad that we have to ask neighbors and friends to help us try and figure this out when there is a team that could quickly teach us the right way to use it.

I m giving a shout out....1st to the hubby, thank you D for the purchase last year... 2nd to SunSouth of Andalusia and Shaun Mitchell for making sure we got just what we needed. With the heat index today of 105...Without this addition to the Ranch I m not so sure we would be able to continue to work.
