We have purchased over 40 new vehicles from this location. The last vehicle being a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Overland model. Due to my disability I felt it would be too hard for me to get the fiberglass tops off. The sales lady (Caitlin Cole Wright) said that this Jeep has the sun rider soft top for the front, that is mush lighter. Bought the Jeep which was on a Saturday, got home only to find No sun rider soft top in the two boxes that was in the back. Also it was very difficult to get the Jeep in 4x4 mode. Took vehicle back on Monday. Ask to speak w/ general manager (Michael Lockhart) he refused to meet us they got someone from the shop to come out front to see the issue with putting it in 4x4. Even though the gears were grinding badly, he said it was normal. The shifter would actually bend trying to get it in gear. The sales manager said that the sales lady was wrong about it having a sun rider soft top. Came back home and looked at there website, as I ve decided to get out of it. Found a Dodge Durango. Went back up there. Some man that we didn t know walked up to us before we could get totally out of the Jeep. He went to yelling at us. Accused us of cussing service dep out. I said who are you. He said, I m the general manager. I told him that we never cussed out anybody. I than said to him that I would like to see my normal salesman (Brad Booth) that we were interested in a Dodge Durango. He said no. We re gonna do thangs my way. He walked inside, & immediately walked back out. Slung racial slurs at us, & told us to leave, since I was videoing these events, & yes I have it on video!!. I contacted step 1 s customer center in Florida, & went to explain all that s happened. The lady said that they just got an E-mail that we are band from all step one dealerships. I ask who the district manager was, she said the E-mail came from the district manager (Luke Golden). I ve never even talked to the man before. We were loyal customers for years. Some of the employees that we have ran into in town has apologized, & wanted us to know they had nothing to do with it. Some of them being from the service dep. which Michael Lockhart (general manager) claims I cussed out. If we were such awful customers, why would they say what a great experience working with us on their FB page. (See picture below). I kept the Jeep for three days, & traded it in at a different dealership. The dealership treated us nicely. & even went over everything about the new vehicle we purchased. We ve bought 2 more vehicles since than, & step one didn t make a dime, & they never will again. Not to mention we took two friends to the new dealership we use, & they too bought vehicles. If anyone higher up than the district manager at step one, that would like to see the two videos of what actually took place, & see for themselves how customers (us) were treated, reach out to me. If your in Fl. I ll have no problem driving to you, so you can see how we were treated at the Step one dealership in Andalusia, Al. Dodge/Jeep dealership. One last thing. We never ask, Or expected them to switch us into another vehicle. We were okay with trading the Jeep Gladiator in. In fact they proposed a trade in value to us.

The purchase of the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited was a pleasurable transaction. The staff treated us like family! I would of given a 5 star rating if the dealership offered a First-Responder/Military Discount!

Outstanding Staff!! They make you feel like family. Matt was a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend this dealer. I am from Greenville and we have a CDJR in town but after not being treated well with buying 7 vehicles from them, I went elsewhere.

We were traveling through town and had a major front end failure in our jeep. We were towed here. The fix we were told was over 5000 dollars. I showed the techs how to remove enough parts to make it safe to drive in 2 wheel drive. We had a 100 point service which was excellent. I would use Massey jeep for basic maintenance but not for catastrophic failures. Our bill was over 750 dollars. We later had the 4 wheel drive fixed for under 1200 dollars. Everybody was friendly and professional

This is the fourth new vehicle I have bought from Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Andulisa. These people go above and beyond to help you get in a vehicle. The don't pressure you but at the same time they find what you are looking for. I have used the same sales person on every vehicle I have perched. Patrick always has been very helpful and went out of his way to get what I wanted. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a vehicle to purchase. There prices are as good as anyone's.

I just wanted to take them time to give a huge shoutout to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram AndalusiaMy car broke down a couple weeks ago after only having it for two days on the way to Georgia and this happened to be the nearest shop to where I had broke down. But working with everyone in this store was amazing. They got my car in right away, allowed us and our dog to wait in the lobby area until we got some answers as to what was going on with my car. Turns out my whole engine had to be replaced but in the mean time they put me in a vehicle to drive until mine was fixed free of charge.A special thank you to Peyton, Tonia, and Will for being so helpful and kind during this entire process. If your looking to get a new car or having issues with your current one I highly recommend visiting Andalusia, you won't be disappointed!!!

Two different trucks 2016 3500 and 2019 3500. 2016 the wiring harness was caught and ripped loose on a job site. The shop was able to get the truck in in under 24 hours and repaired within two days which is exceptional since most shops these days won t even talk to you for 6-8 weeks.2019 I bought new set of tires from a different shop and had some vibrations. Had a road trip planned and the mechanic on site was so graceful and knowledgeable and completely set my mind at ease.

Brad Boothe was our salesman and he ROCKS! He put us in a 2018 Ram 2500 Diesel. We sort of had an emergency and needed a new, bigger truck to haul our camper. He stayed with us all the way thru and Stephanie was our Financial Guide and she Rocks also and made the Financing stress free. From start to finish with us driving away--3.5 hours.I will recommend everyone and you have a customer for life. Thank you

First time buyer from Massey. I had been a loyal to another dealership due to the home town feel and the ease of the buying process. Massey is nothing short of being professional while keeping a personal touch that big dealers lack. I came in and worked with Caitlin and Brianna. They were both super helpful and made the process of trading in two vehicles stress free. Hunter also did an excellent job of getting the deal closed and making the transaction quick. Massey is top notch. They have earned a repeat customer for sure!

The most professional team I've ever worked with, not really work on my part, all I did was tell Jessica and Brad what I needed they did the rest. I must say the easiest truck trade in my life, and believe me at 62yrs young I have had plenty .Then the icing on the cake Brad Booth delivered my 2021 ram 2500 diesel to my job nearly 40 miles away. I didn't even have to stop working to pick up my truck. Let me tell you he is the most knowledgeable man I've ever met on diesel motors. He filled me in on everything about the truck and I signed the paperwork, that's all there was to it.I am more than satisfied with Walt Massey dealership, thank Brad and Jessica. I started using Massey back in August when I purchased my vehicle. I had the oil changed and had them check my tires and stuff. On the paper everything was green(for good) except the air filters. I take my vehicle back and in told I couldn't get my tires balanced and rotated because they were in the Red (danger zone). I was told I needed tires all the way around. Mind you, it's only been 3 & 1/2 months since they were checked. I was quoted over $1400 for tires, balance and Mount. I ask how I could have gotten in the "red" zone needing all new tires in this short period of time & I was told the X Employee that serviced my car didn't do his job. So now, I'm riding on bad tires and have been and didn't even know it!! I go to work everyday and do my job to the best of my ability and training, I put my trust and basically my life in Massey's hands, trusting they would keep me safe on the road by doing there Job.I was told I would receive a phone call on 12/12 to see how things can be made right with my vehicle, & I called y'all yesterday due to no phone call, and was told the one that was handling my stuff was out. I understand he's out, but I was left and still am left in the dark about my vehicle and "how y'all are going to make this right".I think that in the future, and to keep your customers safe on the road, if you have a problem with someone not doing their job, maybe you should pull the records of cars that individual worked on and call your customers to recheck the vehicles to keep us safe. We do depend on y'all to do a very important job and we do in a big way put our lives in your hands.

Some of the friendliest staff I have ever met! A friend and I were headed home from the beach when we started having engine trouble. We got towed to the dealership and they had us in and out in 30 minutes. As two young college girls, car trouble is very scary when you re alone in an unknown area. However, the people at this dealership made sure we were safe and good to go. Shoutout to Mike with the service dept. for helping us out and being so kind. He s awesome and couldn t have been more helpful.

This is my first experience with Walt Massey but I was very happy when I left there. Everyone had a very pleasant personality very helpful and knowledgeable. Made me feel like family. Would definitely recommend them if you need a new vehicle .

My sales experience was amazing! Unfortunately the service after the sale has been awful. I purchased an extended warranty with my vehicle and had to bring the car back in for a service issue 4 months after purchase. The first problem came when it took over two weeks, and multiple calls on my part, to get service scheduled. Then comes the issue of the loaner vehicle. Dirty is an understatement. There is food wrappers, old mail, medical supplies, at least 3 cups of dirt and (the worst) an open condom wrapper!! The driver who dropped it off even commented about how dirty it was when he dropped it off so they were well aware! Finally, after having my car since last week (today is day 6) and having received no updates, I called to be told there is no issue....there clearly is an issue. So I just asked thst my vehicle be returned. This is so unacceptable and I hope that someone with an interest will see this and take care of the issues!!

We were very impressed with service we received at Walt Massey. We had been to several dealerships looking for the perfect jeep for our family. Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable. He continued to stay in touch with me to make sure understood our needs. We feel confident that we will be back to Massey for our next vehicle purchase.

After being asked at another dealership to put $13,000 down with an interest rate of 19%, I walked away very dishearten. Decided to try Massey s not only were they able to get us in a much bigger car, but with very little down, affordable payments and a great interest rate. Everyone was very professional, really nice and worked hard to get us in a car we wanted at a price we could afford. Go see them, I promise you won t find nicer people.
