I purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer RS from Step One back in August. My sales rep, Angie Baker, was very helpful in every step of my purchase. They even brought the car and the paperwork to me. Angie was the best and very friendly. We ve stayed in touch since the purchase. Best decision that I could of made, buying from Step One Auto!!

I recently had an exceptional car buying experience at Step One Andalusia. From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Hope was knowledgeable and patient, which made the whole process much less stressful. Hope, Michael, and Sandy worked with me to find the perfect vehicle. The entire transaction was smooth, and I left feeling satisfied and confident in my purchase. I can honestly say this was a wonderful, hassle-free experience.

I had very great and straight forward experience on the phone with Angie. Helped me and was very transparent through the whole application process of purchasing the vehicle. They were great in also setting up the delivery and working around my schedule when I was available! I 100% recommend giving Step One Andalusia a call if you re in the market for a vehicle!

Ange has been the most wonderful saleswoman!! She is fantastic at her job, and has helped every step of the way! I told her what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend, and she showed out! She personally helped me but if you need a vehicle go see Ange or Hope!

Hope was kind and welcoming. She keeps her word, even after the sale, and does her best to take care of you. The salesman next to her was kind and professional to speak to. Sandy does her job very well and is knowledgeable, but pay attention because she talks fast. I only had one interaction with Angie, but she left a sour taste in my mouth. Basically told me I was SOL of Hope was off work, that rubbed me the wrong way.From my experience and that which I ve heard from others, not a bad group of folks to work with if your looking for a decent used car.

I had the pleasure of meeting some nice people at Step One that really help me through the whole process of purchasing my 2020 Jeep Cherokee . I started out on the phone with April Richie she is such an amazing person with a great attitude she took all my information over the phone and told me everything that I needed. On Saturday evening I arrived at the dealership and here comes Angie Baker outside to greet me with a smile , from that minute til the minute I left she was everything making sure she didn t mess anything explained everything to me making sure I was satisfied with what I was buying. Mrs. Angie was amazing, she was my salesperson. The finance team was very frustrating. Lack of communication and training. And as a whole not friendly nor appreciative of their customers. If you would like a great deal visit! If you want professionalism and a great experience start to finished don t go! My bank still haven t received their payoff from my purchase and are calling me.

Had the best salesperson Angie Baker did an awesome job. But since the sale it has been a nightmare two transmission one within a month another a week later. Manager step one Russell has a terrible attitude and treated me like I was beneath him. Truck has been in the shop more than I ve had it. Michelle lowery was awesome in helping me get a loaner Russell refused to help. Truck is having problems again. Five stars for Angie and Michelle zero for the rest

Woody / Hope and this team are amazing.. truly are about putting you in a vehicle that is mechanically sound and what you want. It s not about just selling you a random vehicle off the lot to get rid of it . They want it to be a vehicle that you are satisfied. Hope was my salesperson for my vehicle and words can t even describe how comfortable she makes you feel and is about making the buying experience easy , comfortable and getting you what you want.This team is extremely patient for the buyer. Thanks for all you ve done for me . FYI I drove almost 2 hours for them . They also have several other lots they can work deals off of. Thanks for my Tacoma.

This was one of the most hassle free car buying experiences I ve ever had! They didn t try to go back and forth with numbers. I told them what I was looking for and they gave me exactly what I wanted and asked for! I highly recommend buying from here!

I have a small business so my time is precocious. I was able to purchase the vehicle over the phone and then have it delivered the same day. Daniel was able to make this the best vehicle purchasing experience. Olivia did a great job in helping us secure financing and finalizing the paperwork.Step One Andalusia is the best place for purchasing a vehicle.

HORRIBLE service. After being told we were first on the list for a vehicle that had just come in, we were given an appointment time to come look at it. We drove an hour and half and upon getting there were told Sorry-it just sold . Both Hope and Brianna knew we were coming from and hour and a half away and neither had the decency to call and tell us it had sold (despite us being first on the list to see it). 0/10 recommendation.

Extremely welcome and helpful staff. I wasn't able to get approved anywhere and my salesman Devin Wilcox went above and beyond for me and got me into a vehicle at a great price the same day! Highly recommend giving them a shot because they are definitely worth it

So, let me just tell y'all about step one in Andalusia... In the beginning when we bought my daughter a car from them, they were ok as far as her vehicle went...But we went on December 30th 2021 and traded in our Nissan Pathfinder for a truck, it's a 20 Dodge Ram that only had 20,ooo miles on it, well, last Saturday we heard a horrible knocking coming from the motor so we take it to step one to have it fixed, and in hopes of getting a loner, um nope, they couldn't even do that for us, let alone fix the damn truck after buying 2 vehicles from them, NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, EVERY OTHER PERSON HAS HAD VERY BIG ISSUES WITH THEIR VEHICLES SO Steer CLEAR OF STEP ONE IN ANDALUSA CUZ THEY'RE LEAVING US HIGH AND DRY!!!And we have no idea how long it's gonna take to get our truck back so now we gotta beg for a ride everywhere we go, yeah, we're just FN THRILLED and then we returned this yr to try to do business with again and they tried to pull the wool over our eyes again so we are done with step one.... And we got a very nice car thru Carfax in Jasper AL for way less than step one tried to sell us....
