Went in an hour before closing, was out 2 mins before the most helpful sales ladies we re heading out for the evening. Chelsea was super kind and helpful with our process and even scheduled for us to come back for our complimentary detail and gas fill. I would hands down recommend her to anyone looking to buy a car, I hope she enjoys that Taylor Swift concert!

Very quick to schedule service when I called (next day). Also, accommodated my work schedule by picking up my vehicle and bringing it back to me in just a couple of hours.

Our salesman Bobby Hall filled our needs and was very professional.He took his time to find me the truck I wanted and got it for me.This was our second vehicle we have purchased at JM Jackson hopefully not the last.

Great, helpful folks. Bought my Silverado truck from them. Got a great deal and haven't had a minutes problem with it. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a new or used vehicle.

It's good service but I don't appreciate sitting here waiting for my car and gotta listen to the people that work here using profanity like it's common everyday talk. DISGUSTING. This is a business place not a juke joint.

So I was at the half way point of a multi state vacation.(I'm coming from Upstate, NY)I was 5 hrs away from my 3rd stop when my engine light and warning message came on saying my engine was operating at reduced power. My turbocharger had decided it didn't want to work anymore. I cannot express enough how thankful I am to Ashley Cravey and his team. Ashley got me in to have a look to confirm that's what it was then got on the phone to make sure my warranty covered this fix. Him and his team tracked down the part needed which was able to get delivered the next day. Although it is a time consuming fix he got me in 1st thing the next morning and had me back on the road by 2pm. Being stranded away from home with no family or friends can be extremely stressful but he made the situation calming so thank you!

JM Jackson was able to get me new tires in short order in time for a long driving trip. I was provided a car while my truck was being repaired so I could prepare for my trip. Brock and Ashley and the whole service department is very client focused and responsive to its customers requirements

We broke down on our way to vacation in Destin and not only did this dealership have our vehicle fixed first thing Monday morning but Bobby was so kind and wonderful to work with! And Johnny, we sincerely thank you for all of your help! It s scary to break down so far from home but JM Jackson Chevrolet was our savior indeed!!

Worked with these people for over a week to purchase a car. Spoke to them everyday to let them know we were waiting on the bank. Everyday the said....you are good, car is yours! This morning called them at 8 to let them know we were headed to the bank to get the check, everything was done. This morning they assured my son the car was ours, would be there when we got there, as we pulled in to the bank parking lot less than 30 minutes later ,they called and said the just took a deposit from someone else, the car was sold!!! Horrible customer service practices!!! 0 out of 10... definitely would NOT recommend!!!

After learning that my previous car was a total loss, I was in a panic because I had no idea where to go. I have seen posts on social media from both Tiffany Berry and J.M. Jackson promoting their current inventory. I reached out to Tiffany, and she assured me whatever car I was interested in trying, they could get it. She gave me options within my budget, was with me every step of the way through financing, and even delivered my car to me at home! I am so grateful that J.M. Jackson has people like Tiffany on their team! I appreciate everything everyone did for me!

JM Jackson made the process of buying my new car seamless! Tiffany my sales representative was fantastic! She was constantly checking in and giving updates on the process. They were even awesome enough to deliver my car to me. I would recommend them to anyone! They are not pushy and just available to answer questions!

We had a great experience at JM Jackson. From the moment we broke down on the side of the highway and called the service department to the moment we left with a new truck, we had nothing but positive interactions with the people at JM Jackson. We'd like to give a special shout out to: Brock, Brock's son (I apologize, I didn't catch his name), Tiffany, and Jordan. It was a truly a pleasure to work with all these people.

I am apologizing for a negative review that was not meant to post as a negative. My fat fingers and getting busy led to the distraction of not completing my review in full. So, this is what my review should have said. It took three days, but we asked for a warranty issue to be looked at. Told they could not hear the sound any time they drove my car, but is going to replace what is wrong anyways. So you see, I would not have intentionally given JM Jackson a bad review. My apologies...

We cannot say enough good things about this dealership and service team!! Or truck went down on our way from Gulf Shores to Ohio. We looked up dealer after dealer making calls only to hear their service departments were closed. One call here and I instantly felt we were going to be in good hands. The woman we spoke with was so friendly and immediately started making calls to the service department and called to keep us updated. Little did we know they would take time out of there Saturday afternoons, dropping everything to get us on the road. We limped our truck and 45 ft camper over to them. Before we even arrived we were reassured that no matter what we would be taken care of. If they didn't have the part they would be sure we had everything we needed in our camper to be comfortable until they could get it. Fortunately for us, they had everything we needed and even fixed our airbag recall! ON THEIR DAY OFF!! On Easter weekend!!! Shocked!! Some leaving their children's sporting events to come help complete strangers!! I absolutely love the care they put into getting us back on the road!! They called us before we arrived to let us know the status of the mechanics, then 2 from Nolan reassuring use we would be in good hands, and then mechanic getting information on the problem. After we were on the road they followed up twice, did I mention this was their Easter Saturday, and away off?!?! Just completely blown away by this kindness!!! We would come from Ohio just to buy our next vehicles. This is not customer that's found just anywhere. They are a gem and we will forever be grateful! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!

It's just really easy to get something done. I needed 4 tires and an alignment. We set up an appointment. I dropped it off and in a few hours they called me to come pick it up! They were all very nice!

I don t recommend this dealership to anyone. They really deserve 0 stars for the way they treated us and talked down to us. They weren t willing to work with us or help us when we really needed some help. Instead they tried to rip us off because of our situation. I will never forget this and have talked to a lot of people about my bad experience with them. J.M. Jackson of Andalusia has really gone downhill. I really feel sorry for y all and will definitely never do business with this dealership. I have some vehicle purchases coming up in the near future and will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Made appointment for oil change, tire rotation. Arrived around 7:40am. Was greeted by Ashley. He took my truck to get serviced. Invited me to have a fresh cup of coffee.Came and advised me that truck was ready approximately 30 minutes later.Also based on the mechanics advice, my tires didn t need rotating. They were wearingGood. I appreciate a honest dealership.I will always be a J M Jackson customer

Our sales rep Bobby Hall was informative and VERY easy to work with. When we were ready to make our purchase he went out of his way to have everything prepared and ready once we got there. It was a quick and easy process. Everyone within the dealership was courteous and helpful. If we receive the same treatment when we return for service on our car we will be exceptionally pleased, and willing to make the hour and twenty minute drive there, when needed.

This is the most wonderful dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My family and I broke down on a Friday on our way home from vacation when our transmission went out. We thought we would be stuck in Alabama for days but their mechanic Wes stepped right up and offered to stay as long as it would take to put a new transmission in my car to get us back on the road. He stayed late that evening after everyone else went home and had us back on the road that evening. The service manager Nolan made sure that all of this was possible by letting him stay over and made us feel very comfortable knowing we were in good hands. Everyone at the dealership treated us with so much respect and kindness. We were back in West Virginia the next afternoon thanks to them and we wouldn t have been able to without all of them going above and beyond. After we were back they also kept in touch to make sure everything was good with the car and that we made it home safe. My car has over 200,000 miles and runs like brand new after they worked on it. A huge thank you for everything they did for us. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bobby, and others at JMJ, worked hard to find me what I wanted, even in a time when there is a shortage of vehicles. I love working with my hometown dealership where I am not considered just another sale. They treated me right before, during and after the sale!
