I recently had a check engine light on for my DEF system on my F250. I was really impressed with the service department. A wonderful young lady, Elizabeth, fixed my truck after the dealership received the part. She and the GM Wayne were so kind in accommodating my schedule. I highly recommend!

Andalusia Ford was great to deal with on my new truck purchase. I would highly recommend them and will buy there again when the time comes. Thanks to Glen and Dustin for being easy to deal with.

My friend had a warranty issue with her torque converter that this joke of a place worked on. Started out with it ll be a week or so and turned into 2 months of run around! When she finally got the call to come pick up her car this is what she found! Pictures attached. But when she gets there to pick it up it won t even start! Not to mention the filth they put in it. Looks like they were using her car for their personal use! I ve never seen such an unprofessional sorry excuse for a dealership and such useless service department. I wouldn t send my worst enemy to this dive! Below shows the filthy floor board that apparently one of the techs likes starburst and doesn t have the decency or common sense to put paper down. It s also a picture of her door panel that shows the filthy scuffs from his shoes and the last one is where they put something filthy and with oil on it and stained her seat

I took my van to have a oil change when I moved to Andalusia and told them that there was an excessive amount of brake dust coming off the the rear brakes. They passed it off as normal. Every time I took it in for an oil change I complained about the brake dust. They just blew me off . This time when I took it in, guess what? They said I needed brakes. Dont trust your vehicle to this place because they just dont care.

I d enjoyed working with Jenny and Glenn on my purchase. Made me feel important by communicating quickly and not making me wait. Very fair on pricing and we re super nice. Very quick checkout experience as well. Had it all ready for me with the small time window I had. I will purchase again from them again! Always a ford moving forward.

Great Hometown Dealer who takes care of all your vehicle needs. See these guys and you will never have a need to (shop) for a vehicle again as they go out of the normal business models to maintain the huge customer base they have acquired over the last 30yrs.

Ford corporate initially dropped the ball with the Maverick roll out, and Andalusia Ford & sales manager exacerbated the delay. Internet sales associate was helpfull & patient ( I'd stop in & exchange Q/A about Maverick orders). Service Dept. Has a good reputation. Almost 21months start to finish, definitely room for improvement throughout Ford.

Absolutely the best service center I have ever been to! My truck broke on the way to a horse show. They got it fixed very quickly and were so kind and helpful! I cannot recommend them enough!

Great place to do business. Call on Jeanie and Glenn. Two very professional people. Other car dealerships would do well to emulate Jeanie and Glen. Hunter Owen did a good days work when he added them to his team. They were very helpful when I went in to place an order for a Ford F-150. Going thru the different options and making the group selections to get the features that I wanted. They made sure that I got the options added that I wanted and deleted the options that I would prefer not to have. For example I wanted the large towing mirrors on this F-150 like comes on a F-250. They extend and retract, electronically fold. I wanted a simple tail gated without the added folding steps . They helped me make the right order to accomplish that. From my experience owning a 2016 F-250 I knew that they had a service shop that I could depend on to do a really good good job in a timely manner . I feel sure that they will maintain that reputation on this F-150.

Great experience purchasing my Z71 Tahoe through Andalusia Ford, LLC. Jenny Cross was great at answering all of my questions and concerns about the vehicle since I was from out of town. Super friendly and process of buying was super quick and painless. Not your typical dealership experience. Would definitely travel back to Andalusia for another vehicle. Thanks guys!

This will be a long story, but the moral of the story is don t do business with Andalusia Ford, they are dishonest folks.I purchased a Ford F250 diesel from them mid-February. Later on the same day after purchasing, the truck threw 2 error codes. One for a nox sensor (under warranty) and another for the turbo over boosting. I conveyed this information to Andalusia Ford and Jenny (Salesperson) instructed me to take it to my local dealer for diagnostic since I live 3 hours away from Andalusia. I took it to Long-Lewis in Hoover the following week. Long-Lewis told me the turbo has veins that were sticking causing the turbo to over boost. They also made me aware that the truck was brought into Andalusia Ford for the same turbo code in September 2022. I found this interesting as it wasn t listed on the Carfax, but Long-Lewis provided documentation of it being brought in to Andalusia Ford and Andalusia Ford essentially cleared the code and said they couldn t duplicate the issue. Under the understanding that I purchased the truck As-is the dealership has no legal obligation to help with the repair. However, I forwarded all documents to Andalusia Ford and asked if they could help with the repair costs. Andalusia Ford salesperson (Jenny) called me a couple of days later letting me know that she had talked to the owner of the dealership and the sales manager about the issue and if I brought the truck to them for them to work on (3-hour drive one way for me), that they would accept half of the cost to repair. I kindly accepted the offer and brought the truck to them a couple of weeks later as requested. A couple of days after I brought the truck to them, their mechanic called and told me he agreed the veins were sticking in the turbo causing it to over boost. He further indicated that it could get better over time, but not likely. I agreed as most mechanical issues don t just get better over time and instructed them to replace the turbo. However, when the sale manager provided me the cost (on my end) to replace the turbo, it seemed high. I questioned the high cost and it turned out they had decided to change the deal and instead of paying half the cost like they previously said, they would provide internal pricing for parts and cut come labor. Was it cheaper? Sure, but about $1,500 higher than the half that we agreed upon. In further talking with the sales manager (Glen) about the issue, he tried to tell me the turbo was an optional replacement. However, the truck throwing the error code several times in just a couple of weeks proves otherwise. He insisted that since the turbo was an optional replacement, they decided to change the deal. I made him aware that the mechanic had called me the previous week and explained that the turbo was in fact failing. This seemed to catch him off guard, but He told me he couldn t help what the mechanic told me. This proved the sales manager (Glen) to be a liar, but the conversation continued. I also made him aware of what the salesperson (Jenny) had agreed to pay half the costs and at the time, said she had discussed it with the sales manager (Glen) and the owner (Hunter). He once again said he could not help what the salesperson (Jenny) told me. Im not sure what good a sales manager is if he can t manage his direct reports? All in all, vengeance is not mine to get, but these folks are dishonest, and I hope everyone stays away from them.

Poor Customer service, Had the Car for 2 day after an appointment was made , didn't fix the recall . Charged 165 dollars for hourly wage to fix a wire in the trunk . Average hourly wage around here is $75 to $ 135 .Never ever would go back there .

I did love this dealership but that have changed. If you are ok with taking your car in with a problem having a tech make it worse paying $650 for a part and having it returned to you exactly the way you brought it in still not fixed this is your place. They will never touch my car again and I'm having my attorney get my money back.

Jenny and the folks at Andalusia Ford were the best to work with. We were looking for a specific type of vehicle and she texted me the moment one arrived on the lot. The price was good and the transaction was the easiest one I've ever been a part of. Definitely look forward to working with them again in the future.

Where do I begin! Let s just say me and my husband where on our way home from Navarre and we were pulling our camper and our truck started acting up. We pulled into this dealership and we are so happy we did. They immediately helped us out. Jenny and Glenn greeted us from the beginning. They helped us with our dogs. When they found out they had to order the part they started trying to figure out where we were going to stay. Glenn was calling hotels and then Jenny suggested a campground. Since we couldn t pull our camper Wayne volunteered to pull it with his personal truck! Then glen gave us a truck to drive around town so we could eat and get to around in this unfamiliar town! Terri and Chris communicated with us so great with what needs to be done with our truck. All said and done the only rental car we could get was in Pensacola and Glenn called us a driver to ride with us down to pick up our rental. From start to finish we truly felt like we were their only customers which we know was not the case but they made us feel very important and valued! Thank you so much for helping us out in a very stressful situation! We will never forget it!

9:00 am appointment scheduled for routine service. Did not start until after 3:30 pm after I left 3 messages that no one would recall. Then they didn t even check items I asked the service tech to change and follow up with. I will find a different dealer.

Great selection of new and used! No pressure to buy, very helpful with answering any questions. I'm sure all the sales people are great but I did my business with Craig Norris and can't say enough about him! Great guy to deal with!

Service manager Tanner Brooks and the rest of the service team at Andalusia Ford treat me like a VIP. I have noticed it's not just me, they treat every customer that way. They are small enough that they know all their customer's personally and not just by a number on a service order. On top of that they do first class work. I highly recommend.

It was definitely a pleasure doing business with Rocky Smithheart I would recommend anyone looking for that new ride to go give him what you want and he will most likely get you in the right fit. I purchased a used Lincoln Town Car here last Saturday. Initially found their listing on Marketplace. Responded to that ad Friday afternoon, and was contacted by Michael. He did a prompt, professional job of responding to all my questions, and I agreed to come look at the car the next morning. It is a 5 hour round trip from my house, and I have NEVER had any luck buying a used car from a dealer.....but this one worked. The car and price were satisfactory, the paperwork was complete without those surprise add on charges that I have encountered at other dealers in the past.Michael was 100% from start to finish. I highly recommend him and Andalusia Ford.

After waiting almost two years for a pre-order bronco. The dealer decided to charge $15k above the pre order price. Very unethical. Will not be doing any business with them again.

We were on our way home from Pensacola when the air conditioning went out in our car. This is in the middle of summer. We called Andalusia Ford because they were closest to where we were and they told us to come right over and they would check it out. When we got there they took it right in to find out the serpentine belt was splitting and had sliced the air conditioning hose. They were able to fix the belt but left it up to us whether we stayed the night so they could get the air conditioning part or just had e the belt fixed. We had them just fix the belt. This was all within a 1 1/2 window. The people were so friendly and accommodating. I would recommend anyone to this shop for repair or a new car.

Driving down from NJ in our F150 Pick Up and found the A/C was not working and once in Alabama our check engine light went on. We pulled into Andalusia Ford where they were kind enough to take a quick look, and added Freon and replaced an o2 sensor and we were on or way in 1.5 hours. Price was great, employees were great and like family, and we met several other clients that spoke highly of this location... many thanks for saving our vacation!!
