Great family oriented business, Billy s probably forgot more than most Harley mechanics along with honest down to earth, he doesn t mind explaining in detail what problems you may have. Very affordable compared to the options you have in this area. This is the place I know and trust to service and maintain my Harley. They go above and beyond to help customers. Going as far as meeting me after hours to get my bike in the shop when I had to go out of town. EXTREMELY knowledgeable about Harleys and can be trusted.

Had a sportster completely rebuilt billy moved quick and done everything right. Has held onto the bike and maintained it till I could pay. Very nice very professional. Will probably always use these guys

I don't usually take the time out to write reviews but this is a must. Every experience that I have had with 278 Customs has been perfect. I was a little nervous about allowing a shop other than the Harley Dealership to work on my baby Saucey (she is a 2016 Road Glide Special). However, after meeting with Billy I felt at ease. Long story short Billy not only is an expert at building and repairing ANY motorcycle including Harley's but he is also very affordable. My bike has been treated like his own. I recently had ape hangers and a complete exhaust installed and my Saucey looks and sounds GREAT. Thanks Billy, and David you guys are awesome.

I asked for drag bars ..did not get drag bars oil was overfilled to the point if the bike is upright oil leaks out the fill tube. the brake light would not go off when I brought it to them and it is still that way the clutch adjustment is so bad the bike pulls you down the street if you are not holding it back I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS SHOPServices: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim, Oil change

Was taken advantage of spent over $5,300 on two tires two wheels and a set of ape hangers and service primary a quart and a half short chain about the fall off the primary 01 Ford short Titan 1500 cash $3,600 card said I didn't pay the $1,500 cash even though I have a receipt worst experience ever do not recommend him to anybody thought he was an honest man and he took advantage of me and pretty much robbed me blind there's over 300 people in my bike club and every single one of them will know what a crook the man is bike was there from December 8th until February 3rd never again I will work on it myself or to be ashamed of himself maybe he needs to tell his wife what he did with the 1,500 cash

Tried to take my bike here to get worked on and was turned away. I was told they "no longer work on metric bikes" aka literally anything that's not a harley. So if you don't have one, don't bother trying with this place. I just wanna know what's wrong with my bike...
