Damien (I think I m spelling it right) was great! Changed my VERY DIFFICULT headlight in 5 minutes. Still don t know how he did it so quickly, but I m glad he did!!!!

It's a part store. The ppl that work there will help you. That's about it. Oreilly rewards program is garbage, but this specific store doesn't control that

I like O'Reilly's but honestly you can order alot of things off the internet Amazon is one website for like 1/3 of the price for hundreds off but very good store and if you need it right then a good store to go to I'm not doing the store nor the people great place good people

O'Reilly's employees r always nice when I go in there I wish the employee Michael Simpson was still there I think the way he was done was wrong but that's my opinion. I only use O'Reilly's

Dameon was very helpful even though i am stubborn and dont like to ask for help. He not only took the time to find the right bulbs i needed but when he saw me struggling to get them in he went out of his way to come out and help me put them in.

I had a check engine light and pulled in here. I checked the oil and it was low so I bought a couple quarts. The guy came out to my car to check the engine code and ended up bringing a funnel to help me put the oil in and then had some good insight on what could be causing the check engine combined with being low on oil.

The staff were extremely helpful to me. Scott in particular tested my old battery, showed me my options for a new one, and explained how the warranty applies. Even got my alternator tested by Brian. I highly recommend shopping at this location.

I really enjoyed my visit to O'Reillys they have some really cool items for your car all kind of phone gadgets, tiny little lights for your dash or your console even your floorboards it was great & the guys working there were very nice very helpful & didn't mind installing my purchase.

Great service! Very knowledgeable personnel. They tested my alternator and battery and installed a new battery in my Tacoma in about 15 minutes. I'll go back again. Ed

I like O'Reilly auto parts stores, make sure they put the life time parts warranty under your name and not cash sale. This has happened to me three different times, on three purchases. Lucky for me, I keep the receipts for the items I buy in a vehicle specific folder.

Matthew works there at O'Reilly's in Alexandria Alabama he was so helpful I went in and explain what I needed he understood me and helped me get the parts that I needed to fix my truck you need more employees like Matthew at Alexandria O'Reilly's in Alabama

The counter staff were friendly & willing to help. Knowledge of parts was somewhat limited, but considering it's a new store, the overall experience was pretty good.

They always help me find what i need or either get it together for me. That makes it easier for sure. employees are always helpful and friendly and the store is clean which is important to me.

Guy told us that spark plugs come pre gapped for f150s. After time consuming trial and error, found out he just didn't want to take the time to gap it for us. Lazy. And should it have been something more serious, it could have costed us in the long run. Front line help needs to shoot more straight and direct with their customers. Instead of just brushing them off with a quick answer.
