Amazing seafood at a reasonable price. This is not your typical sit down seafood restaurant. When you enter you go to the left to the ordering counter to place your order, pay and then take a seat...the staff will take it from there. We ordered the Crispy Snapper Entree (with Cole Slaw and Fries) and the Crispy Shrimp Entree (with Red Beans & Rice and Gouda Cheese Grits). Everything was cooked perfectly and not over-salted. Serving sizes were good for the price and the staff was friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Alexander City.Note: Google maps doesn't take you right there...they are located between Ruby Tuesdays and Regions Bank on the opposite side of the street from Dollar Tree.Dietary restrictions: Grilled and fried options available

Beat seafood in Alexander city! The food is good, large portions, and quick. The service is great and they are friendly and helpful. It s a little on the fast food side of things but the quality and taste is great. We frequent the restaurant and it s always consistent! The bacon wrapped shrimp and the red potatoes are great excellent. Sing up for the rewards, it s worth it.

I had the Cajun Shrimp and Grits and it was delicious and love the hush puppies I had to have some to go. I went back recently and they have changed the shrimp and grits and it was awful. They put some ki d of white runny stuff on top..I did not eat it. I called in my order so i could pick it up and they didn't have my order. They thought I called wrong store but it was their number.

Was so excited to finally get a chance to eat at this restaurant. Was disappointed by my choice to get fried oysters. They had no seasonings to them and were under cooked. Stay away from the cheese grits....I was informed that you get them by the ounce and not dozen when fried... Go figure. On the other hand the hush puppies and blacken shrimp was very good. I also found the young lady that took my order was rude. Our server was a sweet older lady and was really great so It was mixed review for me.

Tried this on a whim driving by. Looked more like a fast food type of set-up,but instead the food was fresh, very well plated and the service was fantastic. The fresh made lemonades were very good. We really enjoyed the loaded fried green tomato appetizer. For our entrees, we enjoyed the Wharf seafood platter, shrimp po boy with the Wharf sauce, grilled Mahi Mahi po boy, and grilled shrimp tacos.

The team here in Alex City is the best I ve had at a Wharf location yet! They are always welcoming, happy and ready to serve the customer! The food is always perfect and quickly served, too.This a favorite lunch spot for myself and our team!Keep it up!!

Great seafood and very friendly service. I really enjoyed the bacon wrapped shrimp with grits and hush puppies. Delicious! Don t let all the cars scare you away. The service is pretty fast even with a full house.

This place is awesome ! Here working from Oklahoma . ( I don t like Fried seafood normally ) But this place I love . Great friendly fast pace staff and great food! 5 Big stars for sure! Desert is not too sweet it is perfect ! Highly recommend!

I had an appointment at Russell Medical late this afternoon so I was hungry when I left. I decided to stop and try the new Wharf. I have enjoyed the one at Eastchase in Montgomery and the one in Wetumpka. I was impressed by the building and the landscaping around the building. Very nice setup inside. The food was good and the people working there were very attentive and helpful.

Food was average at best. Got a seafood platter blackened. Fish was overdone. Wharf cake was bland. Fried green tomatoes were a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing meal. Service was good and the atmosphere just ok but clean. Restaurant appeared to be new so maybe just growing pains. Prices were not terrible but it was on high end for casual dining.

Great food, great service. What more could you ask for.I ordered the grilled honey pecan shrimp with smashed potatoes. It was delicious. Highly recommend Parking: Plenty of parking

I got the wharf shrimp and grits.It was interesting/ different but good.There's a layer of ranch on top of the grits.Our table also got the Destin Platter. It was delicious and filling.
