On 2/8/2024 I visited the Alexander City Location for Express Oil Change. I had a low tire pressure symbol that would not clear from my car. All the employees were quick to get me into the bay and start checking not one of my tires but all four. Bradley was very observant and even checked for nails in all of my tires. We narrowed it down to a tire sensor, he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was the way it was suppose to be!!! I could have not asked for a better experience, all of the employees were respectful and kind. Good Job Alexander City, AL Location!! Keep up the great work!

Jamie, Phillip, and DB are great guys! Very friendly and helpful! Express in another city couldn t figure out what was wrong with my car but they did and got me back on the road in no time! Definitely appreciated it and will be back!

Bradley at the Alexander City location was extremely helpful and very courteous. All of the staff was very nice. My experience was EXCELLENT!! I will be using them for all my future car care needs!!

Philip Davidson helped us with our oil change service. He was very friendly and very professional. I would recommend him and Express Oil Change. I will continue to use this location for my oil change needs on both vehicles.

So happy to find this place when having car problems while on a long road trip to visit family. They were very accommodating a NF manger to squeeze me in on Friday at 4 and save my trip with safety and peace of mind.

This was my first visit to Express. I usually go to a local garage for maintenance but I wanted to check out Express and I'm glad I did. Really like that I don't need an appointment and can stay in my car. It was less expensive too! My tech, AJ, was very friendly and polite. 1 star speaks volume! vehicle placed on machine to determine what the exact problem(s) were, gave the go ahead to repair all that needed to be, paid over $900, 2 days later, same problem as before, vehicle taken back to be 'repaired', a few days later, same problem, If you tell me that you can handle the repairs, do that and everything will be fine! If you can't , be upfront by saying that, and we'll move on without any problems, REIMBURSEMENT
