Awesome job installing a Blue Ox base plate on my 2019 Ford Ranger and it was ready when promised. They ran the wire for a 12 volt outlet but failed to install the outlet. This would be a 5-star review if the outlet had been installed.

Small business located in Boaz, Alabama. They provide truck accessories and bbq grills (interesting enough). What they don't have, they are able to order and receive within a reasonable amount of time. They also install the product. I ordered mudflaps for my truck. Installation cost was reasonable, with the promise if I needed adjustments, those would be provided at no cost. The staff was courteous without being too intrusive. As in I was allowed to browse without being bothered too much. I will be back.

Can t speak to the professional installation. They can t get the hitch delivered from Birmingham, so my truck sits there tonight getting nothing installed. Sorry Wayfaring you lost a sale and a customer!

Appointment was at 10:30. Had my truck there at 9:00 to install towing package. Arrived at 12:30 and they haven't even started on it. No call to let us know they were behind. Went to someone else for installation.
