Bought my very first car from here and their team was very helpful and the process did take awhile but it was more so on my end but they made it very welcoming! Ask for Jason he helped me out tremendously! I love with my car!

I had to bring the truck in for the recalls, and the Nissan team handled the appointment and the work on the truck extremely well. The entire crew was delightful and professional. I was super happy with the day, and I was glad to get the recalls repaired too. The truck is working really well.

My recent experience at Team one Nissan was extravagant! My consultant, Esme, was absolutely so nice and related to me on a personal level. She helped me pick my first car that I bought as an adult and helped me get the right price with the right features that I was looking for! The staff was kind and very helpful and helped me with all my questions and answered them professionally and supportively! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an upgrade in their car!

Each step of the process of purchasing my vehicle was handled with amazing customer service. I was very impressed with how the salesman and financial team worked diligently to get me exactly what I came for. Lastly, the transparency of the entire experience was greatly appreciated. I will most definitely be returning and referring family and friends to One Nissan of Albertville.

Buying a car can be one of the most stressful things you might do as an adult, if you're anything like me. I am so grateful for Roosevelt. He was attentive, transparent, supportive, and real from start to finish. I am still wow-ed by how smooth he made the process feel. I would recommend Team One Nissan of Albertville to anyone, even if you're from out-of-state. Ask for Roosevelt!

Jason was my salesperson and he was awesome! He was VERY professional and did the best he could to cater to what I needed most out of a vehicle. There was an unknown headlight issue that was missed, but Mr. Ward was very considerate and helped me resolve the issue after the details were explained and discussed. Overall, my experience at this dealership was a very good one. You can tell that most of them care about the people they are selling cars to.

I've had my eye on a car for a few years and recently found it at Team One Nissan of Albertville. I live in Florida and the team at this dealership did everything possible to accommodate our desire to purchase it. Tanner was our salesman, Brandon was our finance specialist, and Ron was the supervisor assisting us throughout the process. Communication was unparalleled and these gentlemen were professional, respectful, and truly endearing. They were genuinely excited that I found what I have wanted for so long and did everything to make this deal happen. I am so grateful that I not only found my dream car, but I also found the dream team! Even though I live out of state, I will go to this dealership first for my next purchase.Thank you, gentlemen... you are an amazing team!

I had to take my car in to get the sun roof repaired. Upon picking up my vehicle I was not told that BOTH of my car seats had been completely unstrapped in order to fix the sun roof. I did not check to see if the car seats had been installed because I was not told about this, so upon stopping on the highway my 7 year old son tells me his seat went forward. I pulled over to check and in fact the seat was not even clipped to the metal hook. I looked at my daughter s seat as well and it was the same thing. Had I been told that my car seats had been removed I would have installed them back before leaving the dealership. This could have ended tragically, but I am thankful I caught it before it was. Please if you ever remove a car seat from a car let the parents know so that they can properly install it again. This is not something that I thought I needed to look at, but next time I will.

First visit to get my first ever car serviced went excellent! Wonderful hospitality as I was provided refreshments and my vehicle has been greatly taken care of and very wonderful people such as Jason, Brian, and Brandon that work there, too! Will go get my first ever car serviced at TeamOne Nissan of Albertville from now on! :-)

Staff knew that I was being straight up with my purchase. Salesman was easy to work and made the buying easy and fun. Not to mention the famous Ron Hammon was there to talk about the weather and fishing extremely nice staff. Would highly recommend this place.

I had spoke with them while I was out of town about trading my car. We set up an appointment. When I got there, my salesman was amazing. He really listened to me and got me the car I wanted. The whole team was great to work with.

Jonathan L. went above and beyond at Nissan. He touched base with me when I filled out info online, he did a lot of leg work to find vehicle options that would work for me, and he followed up and checked in on me a few days later. Thanks for going out of your way to help! Wonderful customer service.

I am waiting for a refund of $299 for All-weather mats that I was charged double for in my car purchase. Those mats were included on the window sticker under accessories (as confirmed in a chat by Nissan USA), and I was already charged extra for them as an option. A $299 charge was tacked on during the exhausting negotiations for the car. Brandon refuses to give me a refund, stating they have done nothing wrong . I m OK with the fact that I ended up having to pay a little bit more car payment than I anticipated, but slipping in a charge for something that is already included, especially charging much more than what Nissan USA even charges for the mats, is just a dishonest poor business practice. $300 is not worth losing potential future business over, but that is the choice that Brandon has made by refusing to do the right thing and correct the error.

My husband and I were met at the door by Roosevelt Oliver at Team One Nissan in Albertville! He quickly answered our every question and helped us find a vehicle that would work for our family. He was very knowledgeable. He was kind, even sharing an umbrella because it was raining. He was available by phone to answer more questions and then came to meet us at a time to accommodate my husband s work schedule to purchase the vehicle. Roosevelt made sure that our purchase was clean with a full tank of gas and took the time to explain all the features with me such as Apple Car Play, which I had never used before. He even saved my sunglasses for me that I forgot in my trade in. We love our Nissan Pathfinder and would do business with him again.

I was in a car accident in July where my spinal cord was lacerated. I was really nervous about getting back inside a car to drive. Everyone there was so kind and patient with how slow I was at moving around. They answered my 100 questions about the best safety features. They helped me select what I think is the safest car I could find that I could afford.

I got my practically Brand new Titan, from here. They treated me and my wife good, and with respect. And gave me a fair price for my trade in. Ron, was our salesman, he's a great guy and knows his stuff. you wont go wrong buying from here, We've found our new car dealer for life.

I brought my car in for 20,000 mile oil change tire rotation I didn t agree with that they charge you extra money to do the balance as in Huntsville we re I usually take it they have never charged for that for when I got oil change tire rotation balance was included. Also always received a car wash at laundry s McCarty Nissan Huntsville when brining in for service. The person that checked me on was very nice and offered to take my car down the road to get a car wash done. I also don t think that when they said I needed a overhead filter to be changed that it was at that point to be done again the car is a 2021 Nissan rogue that is rarely driven

Kenneth Smith was my service advisor and he did an amazing job at explaining how much everything is and he introduced me to my new favorite payment plan called Sunbit, you can make small payments over a 90 day period with no interest. Very helpful and knowledgeable, highly recommend!

My salesman was really friendly from the jump. I told him I was only there to get my Nissan Kicks serviced. He introduced himself as Roosevelt and walked around with me as I looked at used cars. I asked him several questions about several cars and he was on top of it. At one point, things changed in our conversation, when he told me they would buy my car and I could leave there in a nicer ride. I was intrigued to say the very least! My goal now is to get cheaper intrest and payments as well. So I found an Equinox that I liked and drive it down the road to test it out. It was nice and had all the bells and whistles. I wanted it! However, my payments, term and intrest were not ideal for me. I moved on to a really nice Infiniti QX30 and took it for a spin. I was honestly wanting to just drive it, because I could never afford it. Well, I was wrong! Roosevelt and the guys worked every lender they had in their reach and all of my "ideal demands" were met! Cheaper payments, lower intrest rate, better term and the miles are average for this year model. This experience was 5 stars for me. Thank you Roosevelt Oliver!

I dealt with Jason Johnston and Brandon Hope. They were awesome. I can not say enough good things about them! They were so helpful and made me feel like family. The whole group made me feel comfortable about being there and welcome. I even had my 6 year old son with me and buying a car with a child there isn t easy but they made him feel right at home with snacks, drinks, and even Jason s phone charger! I will definitely tell everyone about them and how they need to use them for their next car buying needs!! I will be back in the future!!

Had a wonderful experience! I went in thinking there was no chance to purchase a new vehicle. Roosevelt Oliver worked the numbers over and over to make a deal that I was comfortable with. He took great care to answer all my questions so that I could make the best decision. I would highly recommend him and the entire Team One Nissan staff!

I needed an oil change and was I so pleased with the way he not only got me in and out quickly but he also helped me with getting my a quote on tires that I m going to have to be buying pretty soon. This is the most fantastic, quickest car-buying experience I have had. Ask directly for Jason and let him help you find your car. He is not pushy, but he listens to your wants/needs and ensures you get in a car you love. He is not looking to just make a sale but wants you to genuinely like what you re buying. I would buy from him again. Don t waste time elsewhere. Brandon in the finance department is very professional and efficient with all the paperwork needed. I cannot recommend Team One Nissan of Albertville enough!
