I had a broken window in my home, and no window company in this area would fix it. I called Stephens, and in 2 weeks they installed a perfect replacement window in my home at very reasonable price. Very good people who know what they are doing.

The first round, the window fell out, they did help me out outside of hours, and I appreciate that, and they put it back in, hope it sticks this time.

We are so blessed to have found them years ago. We have used them numerous of times from broken mirrors, broken glass end tables and broken windshields. They have the best prices, excellent customer service and will do house calls for broken windshields for no additional cost. It is wonderful to see a company that cares about their customer's.

I had to have a busted windshield replaced and noticed this business less than a mile from me and after seeing more complaints at the competition I decided to go with Stephens glass. I got lucky as they scheduled me for the next morning. I arrived just after 7:30 am which I don't recommend if you are having to wait because they're not gonna start work until 8 am anyway, and it reeks of cigarette smoke in the front office even though there's a no smoking in the office sign . It only took an hour and a half to finish and everything looks good so far (4 days later). The only complaints I have is the cigarette smoke smell in office and the black fingerprints left all over the dash and side interior panels. But my vehicle was dirty so I guess it didn't matter much anyway, and it wiped right off.

I've used them twice in the past 6 months.The first time was excellent, they did a great job on the back glass of my Grand Cherokee.The second time was a back window on my Toyota Tacoma.They did a terrible job on this one, the window was not installed properly and leaked profusely when it rained.I took it back to them and instead of removing it and reinstalling it properly they just pumped more caulking into it.Update:It still leaked after their attempted fix.I ended up having to take it to a professional back in Virginia that I know and trust to get it fixed properly.I ended up getting a new window again because the one that this company installed was inferior quality and ill-fitting.I will no longer recommend them and will not be using them again.

These guys are awesome the time that took thw longest was waiting on the adhesive to cure. Window was in and out in maybe 10 minutes. would recommend!

I HAVE USED STEPHENS GLASS COMPANY FOR SEVERAL YEARS THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB AND STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORK. EXCELLENT WORK AND ATTITUDE...THEY TREAT YOU RIGHT !
