Do not recommend this service center. There is no communication or visibility to the customer on when your vehicle will be done. Brought my truck in for a tail light repair, it took two trips back to the shop and the last appointment they ended up keeping my truck over the weekend without even notifying me. Good people and they did provide me with a loaner car, but there is a major lack of communication and respect for others schedule.

When you call you can't get to a service advisor you have to go thru a clerical person that sets appointment and quote prices that are outlandish if you have a question about your car and call don't expect to get to a knowledgeable advisor was quoted a price of some simple maintenance 1,300 dollars had the work done elsewhere cost 170 dollars UNBELIEVABLE BUT TRUE so if you don't mind getting ripped off try them but don't expect them to report the repairs to Carfax they don't this is a big problem in my opinion

Nice people nice place but please can you let someone know that when you do a injector cleaner for the vehicle might want to let that SUV owner know that it's going to smells like gas for a little bit

Friendly staff. We are a repeat customer; so I do recommend them. The only thing that I didn't like is the salesman and the sales manager didn't introduce themselves. I had to ask their names.

Howard Bentley is a great place to get a car.It is a nice clean dealership, with nice and courteous people. If you are looking for a GMC automobile just stop by Howard Bentley GMC and ask for Aaron The Hotrod he is the man to see. He will get you in whatever you want.
