Drew was great to work with and I appreciated his integrity. I never felt like I was getting the run around. He had amazing follow up and he fought to get the deal I needed. I would recommend calling Drew for your next vehicle.Overall it was a fantastic experience. Fast, friendly and flexible on making a deal. I have been to countless dealerships over my years and this is one of the best I have dealt with.

Shopping for a new vehicle has never been my favorite. I tend to get anxious and overwhelmed during the process because I'm used to the sales guys that are in your face before you even get out of your car with tons of questions and make you feel pressured. My experience with Sand Mountain Toyota was so different and really refreshing. Our sales guy Clay was absolutely amazing and made the process so smooth. He didn't bombard us with questions or hover over us. He took the time to answer and explain any questions we had on the vehicle and the process. The finance department was great as well. They also took the time to explain anything we had questions on. They really took care of us and it showed they care about their customers experience. We never once felt pressured into the deal and walked out very happy with the dealership and the vehicle. We will definitely buy here again the next time we're in the market for a vehicle.

I have brought new vehicle from sand mountain toyota and the experience is very very good . Mike was really Awesome guy , who helped me through the processes, I have brought the vehicle 100% online only visited the dealership during delivery of the vehicle.Sand Mountain dealership is very transparent and genuine . No hidden fees or crazy Markup prices.Overall I m very much satisfied. I would definitely work with Sand Mountain Toyota dealership again for my future needs and recommend them for others.

It's not every day that you get greeted in the parking lot of the dealership Service Department when you take your car to be serviced, but the folks at Sand Mountain Toyota are really extraordinary. The service was second to none. The waiting area was very clean. Thank you for your hospitality.

Service tech was very nice. However, it was raining and there was no need for car wash( which is part of the service ) but they said they vacuumed my floorboards. When I got in the floor mats - Toyota rubber mats purchased separately- had been shaken off but the actual fabric floor mats had not been touched. I was early for my appointment so there should not have been any reason they didn t have time to vacuum it out . Not sure that I will travel 45-50 minutes to let them service my vehicle when there is another Toyota dealership 5min away. We always went back because the sales team is so phenomenal, this service was not as impressive on this visit .

We just bought a 2023 RAV4 from CarMax with only one key. Today, we drove from Owens Cross Roads to Sand Mountain Toyota, to have a 2nd key made. From the moment I first called the dealership until we drove off today, every single person we have encountered has been very polite, kind and helpful! Something I certainly can't say about Bill Penny Toyota. They even washed and vacuumed our car which was very much appreciated! Sand Mountain Toyota has earned our future business! Highly recommend!

Came from Atlanta, Georgia to purchase a certified used 2018 Prius from Sand Mountain Toyota. Nice dealership! The car was beautifully detailed, the gas tank full, and the paperwork ready to sign when we arrived. Most of it was handled online beforehand so it was a very smooth transaction. Salesmen were very knowledgeable and helpful. All in all a great experience! I the car! Thanks Chris and Gary!!

Sand mountain Toyota is hands down a great dealership! Starting with Chris May as a salesman I ve used him several times and he will absolutely do anything in his power to make sure you are taken care of. Next the service department is awesome they make sure your service is too notch and your vehicle is safe to go anywhere and last they vacuum and wash your vehicle everytime you get a service! Highly recommended.

Update : just purchased our second vehicle from sand mountain Toyota . Our previous salesman no longer works there but we were treated just as well by Louis . No pressure no haggle just smooth and honest car buying experience. We drive the extra miles from Gadsden because our local Toyota dealer is just not in the same league as sand mountain both in inventory but more importantly the attitude of the salesman . 2 smooth transactions . I told them what I was looking for and my specific terms and they worked around all that and just didn t have that normal pressure or even dishonest feel you have at most dealers . This was our second vehicle purchased and we won t be purchasing a vehicle anywhere else . I recommend Louis I m sure they are all good but in my experience he was what I expect in a salesman . 10/10I dealt with Blake Johnson . Very nice guy no pressure buying and I told him what I could do and he made it happen .This place is so big and busy they don't need your business. What I mean is they won't harass you like some dealerships in Gadsden did me when I bought my car . If you're ready to buy they are probably the best dealership around . I'd recommend Blake we actually had a good time during our deal . Blake if you read this thank the Mrs. for the cake we enjoyed it !

Trent was easy to work with, professional and my car was serviced quickly. They also washed my car and vacuumed and cleaned the interior. The service was above my expectations and I am always pleased with the quality of care given here. I have traveled around the country and used several different Toyota dealers. Sand Mountain Toyota does a great job.

Scheduling on their website was super easy and quick, the employees were all friendly and helpful and they completed my service in a timely manner. This was my first time ever coming in for a service so I wasn t sure exactly what to do and everyone I spoke with was very helpful and made sure I was taken proper care of. Their building maintained very nicely.

I simply had no time in my day to drive 45 minutes and then wait for maintenance to find and fix the problem, then drive home. SMT brought an exchange car to my house and picked up my car. They had it back before 5pm. I rate that as excellent customer service.

Bobbie was the best I was here from out of town and reached my first maintenance mileage when I arrived she was very nice and professional and took care of me right away. She has the best Customer Service. Thank You Sand Mountain Toyota

Parker was very patient while we looked at cars and I was able to find the one I had been wanting for years. Even though it was late, he never rushed us and made sure we were set up in the new vehicle before we all left. Great staff all the way around.
