Quality of repair work was very high. I was totally satisfied in that. Customer Service on some days was excellent, other days not so good. Same for keeping me updated / notifying me as told they would.

Chris Rhodes and body shop team do amazing work. Chris jumped right on ordering the parts and called for my truck the same day the parts arrived. My truck looks brand new. I had no idea the clean up guys were going to detail the inside and out complimentary. Looks like it did the day I bought it from them. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Easy scheduling for service, but telling people service is due when it's not is basically scamming people who trust, pay attention so you aren't paying for unnecessary service.

My car looks great! You can't even tell there was damage. It took a little longer than I expected but all in all good job.

Didn't impress me. Called about getting storm damaged repaired on our car and has a estimate from our insurance company. The lady we talked to over the phone didn't have a clue to how a bodyshop works. Got all bad vibes and found someone else for our repairs
