Had a vehicle damaged in an accident and Holcomb Collision did an awesome job for us! Barry put me st ease in a somewhat confusing situation and got things rolling. The vehicle was ready in a short amount of time. Very satisfied with repairs to vehicle. Would definitely recommend the good folks at Holcomb!

Best & only shop I trust! I took my BMW to Central BMW in Huntsville and was told my car was totaled! I went and picked it up and dropped it off here. It looks brand new. Very professional customer service and bodyman.

Visited here to get a preliminary estimate for damage my car received in an accident. They were able to look at my car the same day the accident occurred. Professional and courteous.

Very Rude Customer service.I had went in there today to get an estimate on how much it would to get my cars body work done and a lady told me oh yeah their gonna total it anyways its not worth it its bad like dude i only wanted to know a estimate no be criticized. its only my bumper / fender / windshield .. your getting paid why even complain?? that was just a very rude approach.

We have had two vehicles repaired by them and both times they looked brand new afterwards. You can't tell they were ever damaged. The Holcomb team is also very friendly and communicate extremely well throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend.

My Tundra came back looking better then the day I bought it. Anthony is top notch guy. I ve read all the reviews and people do make mistakes believe it or not we are human, it s what the company does to make it right is what counts .. yes there was one miner issue with my rims from a cleaner that was used it took some of the paint off the decorative bolts , I pointed it out to them and 1st words was I ll make it right give me a few days to get someone that can do this kind of work.. I got a call on a Monday that they can do it whenever so I took it the next day and picked it up the following day when it was finished..Thank you Holcomb Collision

My wife's Lexus was hit by State Farm client a few months ago. Used Holcomb Collision for several thousand dollar repair and they did a great job. Went in early this week for a quote on a minor paint job and Mr. Holcomb gave a smile and a price. Went in yesterday after hitting some debris in the road and was told it would cost me $25 for an estimate. Politely declined and went on my way. Very disappointed,,,

Great bunch to do business with. I have actually had to use them on 2 separate occasions and they were great both times. I have used them twice and both times the car has went back for rework apparently Barry doesn t care about the quality of the finished product paints cracked , some areas were not painted , seals are damaged and not installed correctly, paints chipped , overspray that wasn t cleaned off.

Very disappointing customer service. The actual work done to the car is great. Did the job right but on the other side. Was not updated by the staff on the work progress on my car. I had to call them only to be told that they "accidentally" broken a part on my car while putting it back together. Then was told a week or longer to get said part. Long story short I did thier job for them and found the part for my car. Would not recommend based on thier part of not keeping the customer informed very unprofessional

Quick, honest opinions and estimates. Great communication on process- they get the work done right. They also go above and beyond to give personal attention and took care of a "place" on my car, which I anticipated needing a lot of work. It looks great and they didn't even charge me. I definitely recommend them and will using them when needed.

I've been talking my cars here for years. They are very knowledgeable with insurance as well as independent work. They have handled smaller issues without digging a hole in my pocket.Honesty is their best attribute!!! They are kind, nice and cordial and well.

I brought my car in after a rear end collision for a repair estimate. The estimate they gave was over the value of the vehicle. I asked what the cost would be just to get it driving again. Their response was that "they do not half fix vehicles". They offered me $500 for what I thought was a totaled vehicle. I sold it to them, thinking that was my only option. Afterward, for a while, when driving by their shop, I seen the car parked in their lot. I figure they were just parting it out. A short time later, I get a Carfax email asking me to rate my oil change service for the car in question. After looking at the Carfax report, the car had been sold. Holcomb Collision made me think the car wasn't worth fixing so I would sell it to them for nothing. That way they could fix it and sell it to make more profit. We also had them fix a dent in another vehicle. We had to get them to fix it twice because the first attempt was not acceptable.Service: Body & Trim

They were very friendly. My Dodge Journey was wrecked. They were quick at evaluating the damage and setting with insurance agents. This all happened shortly after the Covid pandemic. I highly recommend them.

IT WAS,NICEONLY I ASKED THEM IF THEY FIXED THE FRONT SO IT WOULD NOT KEEP POPING OUT, THEY SAID THEY WAS NOT SURE BUT IF NOT I COULD COME BACK,I said no I do not want to come back I want it fixed right the first time. So that person got the one who worked on the car for me he answered my question so they was very good.

I got into a accident 7 months ago. After that l was having problems with insurance company. They wanted me to take the car to a body repair shop to get an estimate. I took the car to Holcomb Collison and Barry looked at it and he declare the car totaled. The insurance company believe the car can be repaired and they sent me a check for $2,000 to fix the car. Well Barry talked to the insurance and he convinced them that will not be enough and it cost more than the car is worth to be repaired. So the insurance company finally settled with me for the right amount. I really appreciated Barry's help.Service: Body & Trim

These guys did a wonderful job with repairing my car. They absolutely went over & beyond not just getting my car looking new but they cleaned it very well & vacuumed the inside. I would recommend these guys to everyone

Friendly and helpful with doing estimates. They are free if you have your insurance contract them or have information from your company.

Did fair work. Was a little slower than promised, didn't do a thorough job prepping a few places and missed putting a bushing in the tailgate. However I have not taken it back yet to discuss the problems because the engine broke down so I cannot say if they will remedy the problems or not. Will try to add to post later.
