Awful customer service and to be a family owned business they don t treat their customers like family. After paying 30k they repossessed my car because I was late on the final payment! Awful.

Bought this truck from them on April beautiful truck gave 5k of down none of that money went to my total of 34k I was fine with it because though I was getting my money worth on May the 4w drive came up the ABS came up and another light we fix it then the nightmare began the lights came up again made them aware of it every time that I would make a payment then on June 4th the transmission broke only 2 months called the dealership to see if they could come and help us out since I was 4 hrs away from home they said there was nothing to do that I could just give up on it and return it ask if they could fix it and add it to the total since only 2 months had pass they said no. So I wouldn t recommend this place at all. Found out some people had the same problem as me in the pass !

Wouldn't recommend to anyone ask to look at a vehicle and they act like they don't have time for anyone ask can I see some cash before you test drive he can kiss my a.. I was going to buy vehicle I was looking at for cash not on payments and from the looks of the reviews maybe glad I didn't buy from him

Called about a truck. Lady was very rude! Stated we would have to call back. Wasn t willing to take our number and have sales person return our call. Shocked us with her tone and demeanor. We stated that we would just take our business elsewhere . Her response was ok ! Guess they don t need to sale cars to stay in business, or maybe the owners need to hire someone that has a better customer service attitude!

I ve been dealing with this dealer ship going on 4 years they are very disrespectful & unprofessional I just called today an asked them when I was due they proceeded to tell me tomorrow ok fine because I paid up the last month I said what s my balance they said I had a balance of 81 dollars an I asked how when I paid it up I was told I need to figure it out myself remind you this is the billing department like How the hell y all want my money but can t tell me or give me anything on my balance! They also have cussed at me over the phone all the above they are very rude and will not maintenance your car told me to take it to to car dealership

Wow low down pymt buy here- pay here. I guess they consider $4500-5000 low. I don't almost double most of the other lots I've checked on the same vehicle in Anniston the same cars $2500 down I'd consider Elite in Oxford or Wholesale cars in Albertville

I have dealt with Gkm off and on over a period of maybe 10years. And this last time I was extremely unhappy. I received a phone call from them about my note on Monday. And explained to them I could make a payment this coming Friday 1st they say it was fine. Call back no less than 5mins and said the manager said he couldn't do Friday so I said that's fine, will Thursday be ok. Again they replied with yes that's fine. So yesterday I wake up to no vehicle in my driveway. Call them immediately and ask why they recovered my vehicle if we agreed to a date for me to pay. The only answer I got was "well we went ahead and put it on the repo list. For me to have done business 3 times here and recommended family and friends to purchase from them this is definitely unacceptable and is not how business should be conducted. I appreciate ya. I also went and got my things out the vehicle today.

Great place to purchase a car. I highly recommend them. Bought a 2014 Challenger from them. Paid it off. And upgraded to a 2019 Challenger Hemi. Great staff.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! The owner will scam u out of money in a heart beat. He would rather take ur money fir the down payment and if something happens a couple days later and u can t pay for it he could give a sh*t less. He won t work with u, he won t put u in something cheaper, he won t refund any of the money. He won t get on the phone to talk he goes threw and leaves it to the receptionist to take his criticism and problems.

You can't meet better people. Johnny and Clair are the best people to help you . The whole staff is great we paid off one car an on I way to get another one. If you need a car stop by and ask for Johnny you will leave in a very good car.

Got a vehicle from here a year ago, had no issues or problems with it, got sick went in the hospital had no income for 3 months and made sure I still paid my payments on time, as soon as the country shuts down, I ve already been out of work and now no one is working instead of working with me they came and repossessed my car, 3 kids, no job because of COVID-19 and now no car to even go to work in once everything starts back up. I pray that none of the people that work there at the lot are never put into a situation like this. Bless them all.

The first car I got was an awesome experience the salesman was friendly and fast to answer any question and did not care to get keys to alot of trucks. He probably walked an extra mile out of his way to help. Great place so far and my truck us solid as a rock. Will keep my business here for a long time

This place is Awful!!!! My first car from them was a Camaro everything was fine with the Camaro after about 1 year and half so I decided to get another car which was a Nissan Maxima... I had the Maxima 6 MONTHS I paid my 500 dollar car note EVERY MONTH MAYBE EVEN 750 ON MONTHS WITH 3 PAY DATES... My first issues was the air condition they called themselves fixing the issue the air worked for 2 weeks and went out again.... I had to pay to get my air condition serviced and fixed myself after that because they refused to fix it and to talk to me over the phone. Once paying out 1500 for the air condition I STILL had to pay car note. Demi talks very nasty so once I got that situated keep in mind getting the air fixed plus still paying car note THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT they offered no assistance what so ever and STILL WANTED payment for the car.... THESE PEOPLE ARE RACIST MONEY SEEKERS GETTING OVER AND TALKING TO PEOPLE ANY KINDA WAY SO I SENT BOTH CARS BACK EVEN THO NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE CAMARO I REFUSED TO SEND ANY MONEY TO THIS CAR DEALERSHIP AT ALL AND GUESS WHAT "THEY BOTH ARE BACK ON THE WEBSITE FOR SALE" BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY MAY WORK FOR A WHILE AND LOOK GOOD BUT I PROMISE THEY FULL OF S**T!!!!!!!!!

George and Dimi are awesome. You dont have to sit all day. They have new model cars with extremely low miles. Cars are like new. They will forever have my business. Go shop with them. You will not be disappointed.

Very rude ppl sold me a wrecked car my insurance cancelled my insurance due to unacceptable vehicle history they told me the car had been wrecked and had frame damage and it was gonna cost me about 500 something dollars just to cover and my car payment is 500 a month but GKM still saving the car has a clear title even though I have the the history report for the car showing it's be wrecked 2 times they are VERY RUDE!!! Please do not waste your money here because that's all you will be doing they will not help you with repairs they will not work with you rude attitudes liars and I see so many ppl in the same situation because of them

First off I am not a customer, But I called the office number on the Website and ask to speak to someone about a Challenger I saw, and they directed me to the Sales Manager.I asked him questions about the car and I asked him what was the down payment and he said 5k 300$ biweekly, So I said nm a little outta my price range, and told a friend. My friend called and asked about the car a week later and the sales manager asked him where does he live, he told him Birmingham, Manger said 5500$ down and 350$ Biweekly ,my friend said well glad I ask ,my friend who referred me said different, Manger said no sir 2019 little bit more but it was the exact same car, it s not like he had the 2 Challengers the same color or something...(Not trust worthy is a huge red flag IMO) buyer s beware ijs.

I've been paying on my $650 a month tahoe for over a year n a half 1 payment behind n they came n got it right here at holidays! horrible rude ppl! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PPL!!!!! ..... they dnt even deserve a 1star!!

In the event of being late on payment make sure everything of value is removed from the vehicle. Although it is under the contract that they take no responsibility for lost belongs a video and audio with proof might change things. Good luck GKM. See you in court.

Doesnt recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this company. The office staff is very rude. These people over charge (interest) on vehicles thats not even worth what they charge. I would suggest going anywhere but here.

Awful service didn't have my challenger a year and caused me almost a new car just to fix it and the work I put in it wasn't completed. Rude customer service from the lady who answer the phone and they DO NOT care about their customers not one bit! You'll be wasting your time and money going to them they are all about a dollar and not satisfying the customer!

I went by there today looking for a Chevy Tahoe with a check in hand from Alfa,where my wife had totaled our Tahoe this week. No one came out to talk to us so my wife went in,and was told that they was on lunch and will get with her when they was done.hope lunch was good because it cost them a easy sell.and there very rude attitude stinks
