I highly recommend Gilbert and Baugh Ford. I had a great experience with Jeremy, he took his time showed me different vehicles and ensured I got what I wanted. He even let me test drive a vehicle over night. He spoke with my husband and showed him the vehicles. Randy was extremely helpful and worked with us to get where I needed to be. Assisted me with my trade in. Jim was wonderful to work with and helped me get the warranty I wanted. I am extremely pleased. I would go there again and recommend it. I drove all the way from Huntsville and would do it again for their service. Thanks again.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Kyle Baugh. We wasn t in the field looking for a new truck however Kyle showed us a beautiful F350 King Ranch Tremor. We asked for a couple extra things to be done to the truck and he went above and beyond to pull it off. Very pleasurable transaction from beginning to end. Glad to say for us as a company and for our personal vehicles Gilbert & Baugh Ford is the place to go!

We rented two of the 15 passenger vans to transport the wedding party and guest from the service to the reception. The rental, pick up, and return process was super convenient. The people at Gilbert & Baugh were great to work with and made it easy for us that weekend. The vans were clean and were easy to get in and out of. If you need a van for transportation just for an event or for a trip, Gilbert & Baugh is the place to call!

Service Department Been here many times. For oil changes, tires etc The Two service writers are friendly and get you in quickly however ..early this year I Had to have new cam phasers for my 18 F150 it was to be covered under warranty. The service department told me the new style phasers were back ordered from Ford and not available and they had no idea when the new style phasers would be available but they could order and install the old style phasers. This was unacceptable since I wanted the new style phasers so I called around. I called Alexandra Ford and they told me they had the new phasers in stock. I took it there and they replaced the phasers with the updated ones, did it quickly at no charge.Recently my brakes started pulsating and I felt I needed pads and the rotors turned and went to Gilbert/Baugh to have them worked on. I told the service writer I felt all 4 rotors needed turned and to check the pads. They replaced and turned the rotors on the front brakes but didn t do the rears the service writer said the tech said rears were good. When I left the brakes were still doing the same thing pulsating . Now I m mad because I had waited for 2 hours and paid 160$ and they didn t fix it. I did call and told them about the problem but after thinking about it I decided they had their opportunity to do it right so I took the truck to Alexandra Ford and they had to re-turn the front rotors which had been done at Gilbert/Baugh and turned the rears. I had to pay again but the brakes are perfect now.I guess I could have taken it back to Gilbert and Baugh and had them try to fix their mess up but hey I figure they had their chance. As I said the people are friendly but I don t think the techs know what they are doing, don t care or are in a rush. Ive not had good service from their service department.I have also been to their parts department and have ordered parts on a couple of occasions their parts department guys are helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

We had such a great experience with this dealership that we wanted to take a few minutes to share our story.Ours was a unique experience due to the fact we were purchasing from out of state. Gilbert & Baugh Ford could not have made this process more pleasant, and more convenient. From the numerous phone calls between us and the sales manager, the photos and videos sent from the sales team, and the final paperwork with their finance team. It was just a joy and seamless experience throughout the entire process.When we arrived at Gilbert & Baugh Ford, to pick up the vehicle, it was sitting in front of the building, spotless, with a full tank of gas. Team members, David, Sales Dept, Chris, Sales Manager and owner, Randy, came out to welcome us and greet us as we were getting our first look at the vehicle. It was truly a welcoming feeling and wonderful experience.What a pleasant dealership to deal with. From the very first phone call, to the closing of the deal. This was by far one of the friendliest and kindest dealership we ve ever purchased from. Because of our overall extremely positive experience we would highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is considering buying locally or buying from an out-of-state dealership.Sincerely, 100% completely satisfied.

This will be the 4th F150 I have purchased from Gilbert and Baugh Ford Dealership in Albertville, Alabama. Their saff and leadership were extremely professional and honest. 10/10 experience with these guys. Exceptional quality. Remarkable experience, prompt and efficient service. David Guffey is the man to call if you need a vehicle that this dealership owns. Kind, honest, helpful and genuine. No pushy sales tactics. Lee Culpepper in finance was extremely quick with the documents and knowledgeable about the process. These men along with the owner Randy stayed after closing to see us on the road. 100% satisfaction

Have taken our Ford Bronco in twice and have had to schedule a third trip because it continues to have the same issues. Also told them that an oil leak needed to be repaired during our first visit and that was not done. It was even admitted to us that they did not even attempt to repair the oil leak. We were told to bring it back for a third time and they would repair the original issue along with the oil leak and we were also assured that they would reserve a loaner car for us. Low and behold today we were told there are no loaner cars and there is nothing that could be done. Would highly recommend taking your car to a different dealership for repairs. Gilbert Baugh came highly recommended to us but we have been nothing but disappointed with their inept repair services and horrible customer service.

We just Purchased a 2020 Ford expedition and could not be happier with the vehicle purchase. The service Dept. is always great and every ford we have purchased from Gilbert & Baugh has been serviced there. We have purchased 5 vehicles from them over the last 8 years and they are always very helpful to please the customer.

We ordered a 2023 Bronco Badlands and from start to finish it was such an easy process. Shannon kept us informed every step of the way and was always quick to respond if we had any questions. The day of pick up David and Jim were both so kind and made the actual paperwork part of it painless and quick. We drove 5.5 hours to pick up our bronco and for the service we received wouldn t hesitate to make Gilbert and Baugh our go to dealership from now on! Thank you to the whole team!

Such a quick and easy drive from Huntsville to get a great deal and work with some awesome people! After having a less than great experience with our local Ford dealer, David at Gilbert & Baugh was super helpful over the phone and got us the details we needed to buy our first EV. The car was clean and charged, and the paperwork was ready for us when we arrived. Jim got our finances in order, and we were out the door in less than two hours. I highly recommend this dealership great people and good prices!

This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from G&B Ford. They are always so attentive to detail, honest and efficient. They had most of my paper work ready when I arrived so to save time. The salesman, Kyle, was very helpful and friendly. We never felt pressured in anyway. We will keep coming back to them in the years ahead.

Jeremy helped me get the deal I needed to be able to purchase the car. We worked on it for two days and they came through. Grateful for his work and dedication to his job in helping his customers. Amazing experience for my mom very first car buying purchase! She had been so discouraged all day, we pull up to the dealership and it was nothing short of amazing. Jeremy was super helpful, and got all of her needs met and more! He truly went above and beyond for her and we couldn t be more thankful! By far, the best car dealership experience I've ever encountered. From start to finish, Randy (owner) & Kyle (salesman) were no pressure & very client centric. Never felt like I was being "sold" a car! Inventory choices were all extremely clean, low mileage & competitively priced. We had the BEST experience at Gilbert and Baugh Ford! We quickly found ourselves in need of a car for our daughter. Randy Baugh was so good to us! Being in the Senior Citizen category now, I can say we have bought many vehicles in our days. Recently, we bought a truck from Gilbert & Baugh. It was honestly the best experience in buying a vehicle that we have ever had. Jeremy, the salesperson, was so personable and pleasant. Jim, in the finance department, was just as accommodating. We may not have to buy another vehicle, but if we do, you can bet we will be at Gilbert & Baugh's door. Thanks, guys!

We bought 2022 Ford Expedition here from DREW DUDLEY and i can say this was the smoothest purchase we have made. We were coming from Birmingham so i wanted to make sure this car was clean and that they would give us what we wanted on our trade in before coming. Drew was more that happy to inspect the car for me while i was on the phone. will definitely talk to them when i get ready to trade my truck in.

Just bought a used truck from these guys, they made the buying process easy and painless. No haggling, no tricks, it was all service with a smile and good conversation. Their financial manager made perfect, clear sense of their financing options, and the salesman I worked with was courteous through-and-through, even over the phone trying to help me solve potential trade-in issues. One of the owners even made it a point to shake my hand and make light conversation while I waited for paperwork to get sorted. I would say the service experience was old-fashioned in the good sense of that phrase; it was a very neighborly.

Jeremy did an excellent job on communicating with everything I needed and answering any questions I may have had. When we arrived, he took care of us. Jim was great as well, he took great care of me. Explained everything that was needed and overall great service.
