I bought my car 3 months ago and have had no issues. Salesman was polite and they allowed me to test drive several cars before making my choice. I was pleased with my experience.

I bought a 2005 Tahoe from them. Worst dealer ship. They will charge you late fees. 10$ a day. And won't help u out for nothing. I was getting paid every 2 weeks. Sometimes I had to pay 100$ for late fees.

Good selection of vehicles, but be aware as in my case vehicle window sticker stated 1800 down and salesman tried to tell me it was 4000 down....On a 2007 sticker price was 900 down, same salesman said would be 3000 down. This is absolutely ridiculous and will definitely make buyers leave without a sale. This is definitely not how to run a business....will never recommend this car lot to anyone

CVC Auto Sales is a must if you're looking for a new vehicle! I had never owned my own car before, and everyone there made my first car-buying experience a breeze! I went in there with a budget, half expecting to be up sold or something else, but Matthew actually got me UNDER budget, in an awesome new Infiniti with all the frills! I got to test drive several different vehicles, ask all of the questions I could think of, and drive off in my new car way quicker than I even thought possible! Everyone in the office was super professional, friendly, and even fun. I called a few weeks after getting my car to ask some questions (I figured that was more reliable than the internet), and they helped me figure out the best kind of fuel, wiper blades, etc. They really do go above and beyond for their customers. I actually enjoyed my whole experience here, and plan on getting my next car from here when the time comes to upgrade!

Great people. Always friendly and helpful. Had my truck with them almost 2 years now. Due to travel for work sometimes I've had to make arrangements to pay past my due date, they've always been very understanding and helpful on the matterTo all the people complaining about your car being "stolen" from you by CVC......maybe you should make your payments.

I see all the negative reviews about cvc autos but honestly they helped me out twice. They let me double up a few times when times got hard. We had a misunderstanding once i thought my payment went down because of how much i paid on the car because one of the staff members told me how much my payment was for one week not two so i thought you know hey this is awesome i got a lower payment. Well they called me and said i owed like 450 because i only paid for one week. Well i didnt have that money and i went up there to talk to them and they dropped all the extra cost. Talk about a blessing, over all these are good people and a good place to get a car.

Nice Selection of Vehicles!!!I haven't actually purchased a vehicle here yet but my Son has and he has had Great Service from them. I have been in there a few times and they are Always Super Nice People! I will Definitely be Doing Business with them on my Next Car Purchase!!

Great place, I was super nervous about getting my first car by myself, but they were very helpful and worked with me the whole way to get my Altima. I haven't had a problem out of them, I'm always on time or early with my payments, and it's helping me build my credit back up cause they are reporting it all. Thanks y'all! I couldn't be more happy!

Do not get a car from these people! They are rude and disrespectful! They dont work with you at all! My friend got a car from this place. They referred her to a dirty insurance company who took her money and then closed. Then upon telling the car company that she changed insurance they would not take her payment until she could drive over a hour away to prove it. Then they wanted over $400 in late fees! She wanted to keep her car, but they was so rude and hateful that they shouldn't even be in this buisness. It's not even my car but they was so hateful to me I will never go buy one from them!!!DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!!!!

They were nice people, and helped me get a used car. But however they are liars and will tell you whatever just to get your money. I backed into a pole 2 months after I had paid the car off and that's when I realized the car had been wrecked before yes I said WRECKED before. When I backed into the pole I went to look at it and that's when I noticed it had bondo on it and they NEVER told me the entire time I was signing papers with my stepdad and getting this car and the whole YEAR I was making payments on it that the car had ever been wrecked. They just said it was used and in very good condition but had a few cigarette burns on the doors and that they had checked it and said the motor was great. Had I knew this before hand I would have owned my car without making another payment. It is illegal to sell a car that's been wrecked and not tell the buyer! It's only a matter of time before someone sues this company for being crooked and selling wrecked vehicles without disclosing the information with the potential buyer. I would not recommend anyone getting a car from here. They will tell you that they report your payments to the credit bureau so you have to make them on time, and that's false information as well because I paid every payment on time and sometimes a day or two before it was due and they NEVER reported it to the credit bureau they only report bad credit. I just got my new car from Nissan of Albertville and they are way nicer and actually tell you the FACTS about a car and don't just tell you what you want to hear to get your money. They actually care about you and the cars they're selling you and the payments are cheaper.

I have bought multiple vehicles with CVC and they've always done me great. Great vehicles at a great price dealing with great people. All around awesome experience 15/10

Complete waste of time. They go through an nit pick through your credit report looking for anything negative. Dont take into consideration that weve been in a pandemic so my year to date income wouldnt match due to closings... $1000 down went to $3000 down because I had an old $150 loan.. Wouldnt even look at references or recent payment history... Never ever again will I waste my time!

CVC, was amazing 12 years ago when we financed through them, but now the owner doesn't give a crap who you are, he will find a way to take your for money regardless. If you see this dealership..id keep going, with bad credit, Toyota will finance you and your payment still be $300 a month cheaper.. This place makes me Sick.

They take forever to call you. Practically have to beg. They tell you 100 percent they can get you into something because theyre the owner...but its a lie. I missed my grandmother's funeral waiting for a guaranteed thing when it was never guaranteed. They dont let you explain anything just turn you down. Had a repo from after leaving the USAF. I am current on current vehicle with a little left to pay, had it for 3 years on finance. They dont care. Dont let them tell you they can because theyll let you down if you lost your job or werent the smartest adolescent....even if you make plenty of money now.

This company evidently lives to rip its customers off and ruin their credit!I purchased a Toyota Tundra from these guys back in April. I have been making weekly $100 payments to them every week with no issues. for many months. After starting a new job, I notified "BJ" that I will be a week late and will make a payment the following Monday."BJ" agreed to this and said it was no problem. However, they repossessed my truck early the same day (Monday) they said I could make the payment before I could every cash my check.The repo men even told me they absolutely hate doing their repos, and in their own words, "CVC Auto Sales are crooks"! What does that say about a company when the repo men even don't like doing business with them?This company also never reported all my payments to the credit bureau. However, you can believe when they stole the truck back that they reported the reposition and tacked on approx $10,000 dollars to the balance even though I bought the truck for less.I believe you can buy cars from honest companies that do the buy here pay here option but this is not one of them! If you want to avoid having your credit ruined, vehicle repossessed over $100 which was one week late, and all of your investment stolen, then believe me and stay clear of CVC Auto Sales located in Albertville, AL.

Always made payments on time until the pandemic asked them to help us out and work with us instead THEY REPO the car then when we go to clean it out we're told we could have worked out a deal after the repo had i not left a truthful (bad) review GOOD LUCK YA'LL they kick you when the WORLD'S DOWN !!!!

Would not recommend buying a car to anyone! 3 of my friends including myself have got cars from this place and all of our cars transmissions went out. No help from dealer. And ruined our credit. Go elsewhere if u are looking for a vehicle.

The helpful and friendly staff at CVC will do their best to put you in the vehicle you deserve! They also have a user friendly website where you can fill out a credit app online and tour a virtual showroom of the inventory! Need a car? Choose CVC!

Me and my brother got a car here I was he short of 4 days he made the payment and had to go outta of town for work the had it towed saying it was suspicious that he paid and went outta town to work said they think it was stolen after talking with the offered 2000 dollars yes 2000 said they couldn t risk it so I had to get a Rent a car for the remanding 2 weeks so please read people review of this place do yourself a favor go somewhere else it looks like your getting a good deal but your not it s the devil in sheep s clothing

This place was awesome before...when bj was there and now some nick guy is running it into the ground and just straight stealing peoples hard earned money.now the 2006 black sequoia I paid around 7 or 8000 on and nick basically stole it from me.is now back on the lot for 10,995 lmao what a joke this place is now,rather rip off someone to make a couple thousand and lose what would have been a life long customer

Wife and I went here and after going inside the salesman didnt seem interested in helping us at first as he just sat there looking at us.After telling what we were looking for he still just acted as if he didnt want out business. So else where we went.
