We recently purchased a used 2018 Ram 3500 from here. Our salesman was Connor. We live 3 1/2 hrs away in Georgia and had found this truck online through CarGurus. From the beginning, Connor was great. He sent us extra pics and videos of the truck as we had asked, and we never felt pressured to buy the truck from them. We did everything pretty much online and over the phone with him during the purchase process and financing. We were able to get financing turn around pretty quickly and even called us back an hour later and got even better financing with better terms through another bank better than first offer. We drove to the dealership and test drove the truck and decided to go ahead and finalize the purchase. We did however have a couple issues with the heat not working and also a bad leak on the back that was later determined it was the third brake light. They offered to meet us half way a couple days later after purchase, and gave us a loaner car to use while they were fixing things, no cost to us. We are very pleased with the end results and how awesome they were in taking care of us. The only complaint we have is the finance manager, Anthony. We tried to make conversation with him in being friendly and we felt as if we were given the cold shoulder and he just wanted to hurry up and get us out of his office. But again, overall satisfaction was great. Definitely will consider them again for future purchases. Thanks again CDJR Of Albertville for all you did for us!

Bought a jeep over a year ago was supposed to have e brake fixed and called when parts arrived and have it fixed and never did get a call saying bring it in or hey your parts are in. But they did make a sale and that's a win I guess for them they done. The sales guy tim was fantastic and would recommend him to anyone. But the parts and service is garbage. My opinion they don't stand by there word.

Not your Normal DealershipRecently we found ourselves in need of a new truck. The truck buying experience, can be filled with struggles, stress and disappointment. That would be your normal dealership, but CDJR is "Not your Normal Dealership".The core values that we found that drives the experience, "service" and "transparency". I wanted to test-drive what must have felt like a fleet of vehicles, and Morgan was ready for the challenge. Because we were looking at used vehicles, it was impressive that the dealership retained knowledge on prior owner maintenance records, reason for trade and openly shared market values for each vehicle. Morgan was very knowledgeable and in those rare cases that she didn't have the answer, her team mates were quick to provide an assist.We all know that the vehicle buying journey starts with selection, but that's only the beginning. You end up working with the Sales Manager, the Finance Team and even the Service group when you consider they prepare the vehicle.While Morgan was our point person, the Sales Manager was quick to provide a more than fair offer on our trade. He recognized the care we have put into our vehicle and was eager to provide pricing on the truck we picked so that we can have a great no hassle experience. Again, he offered up front transparency that gave us a strong sense of control. As we moved through the process we couldn't help but notice that a few other families like ourselves were having the same positive experience with their own purchase.When we sat down with the Finance Manager, he presented our options in a clear and concise manner. I must say that his openness regarding service packages, the value they brought, really gave us confidence in our final selection. We didn't spend hours, it was minutes, a joke or two and we found ourselves shaking hands, receiving gifts and standing beside a vehicle that the service team had just given top shelf once over.For us, this drive was about an hour and half, but I STRONGLY recommend anyone to visit CDJR.

I bought a smoky mountain Jeep from them in May of last year, 5 months later in October I had car problems with my front tire, they fixed it themselves, but they left it bad for me, now in February I have it again the same problem, plus extra damaged on some more parts of the car, I have been communicating with the sales agent Connor and he has not given me a response, they believe that the sale ends when the customer takes the car, but really for questions of service, the sale only begins when the client already has his car, it is called sales follow-up, and this makes you generate loyalty in clients and not with this type of actions, bad service on the part of the agency.

They are glad to sell you a car, but don't know you after the sale. They told me they would get me a second key for my vehicle, now I can't even get them to call me back. When I finally got ahold of my salesman Tim Smith he acted like we never talked about them getting me a second key.

At this time, I would like to acknowledge Jill, the Service Representative that arranged for my Dodge Truck to be repaired. I recently purchased my truck and a technical problem came up that resulted in CDJR having to keep my truck for a few days until they fixed the problem. During this time, Service Rep Jill stayed in constant contact with me, keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs. I appreciate you and I just wanted to express my gratitude for your help and support. I will never forget how you made me feel.

I cannot say enough about Jill.She was polite, informative, professional, and cared about the struggles/issues I have had previously with dealerships and warranty work.She was able to get our car scheduled early the next week and have it done in two days.She is OUTSTANDING!I cannot recommend her and CDJR of Albertville more!I will definitely be using them for all of our repairs.

I had a great buying experience with Tim Johnson. I live in MT and flew in to buy a slightly used Chevy Tahoe. Tim was a great communicator and the whole transaction was a smooth and quick process. He even had a driver pick me up from the Huntsville airport. When I arrived at the dealership, the car and paperwork was ready to go, and took no time at all. Tim even helped by ordering upgraded floor mats from another dealer and had them ready to go when I got there. Great buying experience. Thanks Tim!

They will get you hooked with the sales department and disappoint you with the service. Incompetent folks in the service department. Don t trust any of them. Go to Wholesale Tire in Fort Payne for any of your lift, suspension, or tire needs. The service department here is a joke. Jill is a bold face liar.

Having bought many new cars in my life. I have worked for Lincoln and Ford, I can without any reservation say that from the first phone call inquiry to the moment I drove off the lot in my new 2023 Ram Big Horn that this was the best most outstanding new vehicle purchase experience in my life. I took our Jeep for some maintenance after being completely dissatisfied with the Jeep dealer near us. Completely satisfied and happy. Follow up was great! Explanations were spot on. Service department was easy to work with.

Me an my ole lady bought us a wrangler here, and ill tell you what, them ole boys did us up right, we bought it used, but had it a good 6 months now and she still cranks right up. I recon when the time comes to buy another one, we will be back to see them. Yall go get'chu'en you wont regret it.

Recently bought a Jeep here. Saturday I was shopping online and sent an inquiry, Sunday I was text with a sales rep, Monday we did paperwork over the phone and email, Tuesday I drove from Athens to Albertville and picked up the Jeep within 30 minutes. Easiest transaction ever. I was a little concerned that they do not certify their vehicles but my mechanic checked it out and it seems in good shape.

Great place to do business. Had the best selection of the truck I was looking for in the surrounding area. Tim Johnson was a great person to do business with. He knew the vehicles, worked with us in every way possible, and got us a fair trade in amount on our vehicle. Why drive to Huntsville when buying local will save you money. If you go ask for Tim Johnson, he is a truly great person to deal with who is on the level. Alexander Dodge, Jeep, and Ram is one of the easier buying experiences you will have in your new car selections. Tim Johnson, makes the whole process simple, seam-lined, and works well with changes in the process. All of this without being pushy, or using high pressure sales tactics typically employed. Give Tim Johnson a try and you won t be disappointed.

We spent all day hunting a vehicle after I totaled my truck the week before. Could not find what I wanted until we stopped here. Tim Johnson was an amazing car sales rep. Never once did he push me into making a decision. In fact he showed me the cars I asked him about, gave me the info on them and just told me to drive. The first one I drove just wasn t up to my likings. Tim was absolutely fine with that and grabbed the keys to my Honda Civic that I LOVE! Out of all the car lots we went to this was by far the only one I felt was really trying to get me in a vehicle I needed. He knew what I wanted and that s what he showed me. I would refer them to anyone looking for a vehicle, regardless new or used! Thank you Tim for such a lovely experience

The car I ordered was built and delivered in 4 weeks! Alexander Dodge kept me informed on the status. My sales representative and the other staff where very helpful and went above and beyond to insure i got my car asap and that I was satisfied. Best car buying experience I have ever had! Applied online for financing wasn t expecting much. my credit was wrecked because a rental house I had during COVID and tenant quit paying rent when she couldn t be evicted. It s been 3 weeks and not an email or call or anything they ran my credit. I ve since gone somewhere else. If they would have reached out i had a check to pay for the truck their loss.Online sales or financing team need some communication training.

We just stopped in to test drive the 2014 Ram 1500 Eco Diesel and our salesman was Tim Smith, he came out and we just started talking like old friends, he brought us the keys, we took it for a test, fell in love with it. And we did the paperwork and it's sitting in our driveway. A Big Thanks to Tim Smith. I'm recommending everyone whose in need of a new or used truck go see the folks there. Definitely a 10 out 10. I bought a beautiful 2014 Chrysler Town and Country on the 18th. Service Engine light came on the next day. Called Tim J. Excellent service! Had a unique situation that many dealers around me wouldn t give a straight answer. Tim Johnson helped me out. Explained everything and was up front with costs. When I picked up my truck, we were in and out in less than an hour. Tim answered any questions I had with the vehicle. Great experience all the way thru the process!

Great sales save me a lot of money very friendly but good luck getting your oil change their while it's under warranty. You have to put your name in advance and usually that is a three-week wait time I wound up changing the oil myself. It's bad to pay for something when it's under warranty and have to eat the cost again yourself.

Jill in the service department is outstanding. I Had a break down on a new Dually with 2100 miles on it and was 600 miles from home. Had to have it towed in. They put it the shop the minute it came off the wrecker. They got the part it needed first thing the next morning and I was back on the road by 10 am.

Had issues with van so took it in to fix. They replaced thermostat and oil pump. When we picked it up, drove it home we reported anti freeze smell. They told us it was normal. After a couple of days it started running hot and I put a gallon of water in it and reported it. Service department checked it And They told us it was a air pocket and it was fine. After a while it started to run hot and left wife stranded on side of road in extreme heat. Took it back and it was something that should have been caught if they actually checked it out after initial visit.Wouldn't recommend

Extremely professional. Service writer listened to my mother's concernsThe tech did full diagnostic on vehicle made proper diagnosis and made adjustments. The vehicle now drives and preforms like it was new. The charge for repair was extremely reasonable. We thought it would be more. We will return in the future.

Great service and customer friendly. Stopped in, while traveling, for oil change, filter change and lube. They set me an appointment for an hour later. Did some shopping in the area, came back and they took my truck right in. Average wait (about 40 minutes). The waiting area is nothing special, but it works.
