My experience with car- Mart was excellent. The service was wonderful, the ladies were very helpful. It was literally service with a smile. I'm enjoying my car and would suggest to anyone I know to shop for a vehicle at car-Mart.

If I didn t have to leave a star to leave a bad review I wouldn t. But the team are horrible here. All employees talk about your account and to anyone that may know you if they haven t gotten a payment from you if you re a few days behind, definitely not going by what they have stated in the contract about not sharing any of your personal information with anyone, and keeping anything about your account confidential This car lot is beyond horrible and don t go by what there contracts say at all. I had moved jobs and they had called my old employer from where I worked and explaining to him I was behind on my payment as well as a buddy of mine that was not on my references that they make you put down. My car broke down and didn t even offer to help me to get it towed anywhere they just said leave it where it broke down at and they will try to get to it and tow it to them when they can . I had no way of going anywhere and I had work the next day so how was I suppose to just leave it? So I fixed it out of pocket before my full 30 days of finance. And the constant phone call every hour of every day Monday - Saturday because you are a few days late is ridiculous and very annoying. Do not recommend this place at all..

I've had my car a year and 3months. The payments are high but I pay them. They called me yesterday saying I owe 400 something dollars for a seasonal tax payment and I have no clue what that's about.. when I got the car nobody mentioned anything to me about it.

Jacob G and his team really helped me more than I can say. He never made me feel bad and they were very willing to help me and work with me in my tough times. So glad to have Jacob and team at my local car Mart and to do business with them.

Car-Mart is a great place to buy a car. I walked in and they were able to sit down and get me into a nice SUV and were very helpful, I recommend y all to go there if y all need a vehicle.

Horrible place to get a car from, I know someone who got a car from them and due to personal reasons he took the car back and now they wanna sue him, saying they repoed the car. They are liars! They wanna get money from people who return their cars. If someone can t make a payment so they bring the car back and now you wanna sue. Y all are greedy and my family will never be back to y all crooks!

Quite a bit pricey for a used Vehicle but when you need a car you do what you have to and the employees at Car Mart of Albertville helped me. They went out of their way to make sure I got the car that I wanted even if it meant traveling for 2 hours to get it for me. It was a lengthy process for us all involved but at the end of the day I got a great car that I am excited about. The employees are all very friendly and make you feel at home while shopping for a car . This was our 2nd car in a year from Car Mart of Albertville and we have over-all been pleased with our purchases!

The service was honestly great, I know it's hard to believe because it's car mart right? But let me tell you the the management team has actually been very transparent about how things work and they explained the service contracts where they was understood. I was a little late on a few partial payments and they worked with me, they have a wonderful understanding of the working mans life you just have to TALK to them and do what you say your going to buy over all I enjoy doing business with them and will probably continue too in the future!

I went in on Friday, July 7th, just to discuss my options and about 2.5 hours later, I walked out with the key to a vehicle.I was in need of a car that day due to my car's transmission tearing up and the staff at Car Mart Albertville really went above and beyond to meet my needs. Very professional. Very patient with me.All around wonderful experience!!!!My best friend went with me and we took God with us. I was blessed as well as Car Mart with 7 sales that day!

This makes my 3rd vehicle from them. The entire staff was amazing. They always work with me regardless if my circumstances. All my vechiles have been reliable from the start. HIGHLY recommended the Albertville crew. Thank you all so much for be the blessing I needed

Nichole Camp and all other co- workers were very polite and did a fantastic job! I was very pleased and will tell all my friends about Albertville car-mart and the inventory has better variety of vehicles to choose from. Give Nichole a raise!!!

The VP told me to put payement into car and then the GM repossessed my car. This is after it took them 27 days to replace a coil pack and my car was ready on day 13 as I told them my mother had a doctor's appointment and he continued to hold my car after I had made my payement and MY MOTHER DIED. All because GM GENE KING said "I'll make sure you don't have a car" because I asked when it would be finished. It's petty and they are responsible for death. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM AMERICAS CAR MART, that is unless you like losing EVERYTHING because that's what they will do for you. There is no peace of mind, there is no "keeping you on the road" it's suffer, struggle, die, termoil. They ARE THE WORST CAR LOT I HAVE EVER SEEN, THIEVES AND CROOKS!!!!!!

The first time I bought from car martThe post office called me on a Friday evening wanting me to start work Monday morning. So I had to go Saturday and find a car with a bench seat in the front that I could drive from the passenger side. Car mart made it easy. I called and told them what was going on he said they had two on the lot with a bench seat. I got a beautiful buick century. way too nice for the job. I truly enjoyed the car and my time with the post officeSecond time was after a divorce and my credit was not at its best. I don t think car mart looked at my credit? They sold me a Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition 4x4I am happy with the business I did with them. I will probably use them again when my children start drivingJust ask for Nicole. She can most likely get you into a vehicle that you will really enjoy

So first I just want to say poor business, poor service and overall poor cars!!!! Mechanics is no good so if you don t have a simple problem for them to fix and don t have a warranty good luck, they will say it s this and that and won t never find the real problem if you don t have a warranty. So after that car is off the lot it s not their problem anymore basically. And as soon as you walk out that door with you just telling them your problem or even getting them to fix your problem the employees plus the Gm will make sure they talk about you as soon as you walk out the door, seen it myself!!!!! Will not recommend to anyone personally!!

I can not say enough good about these folks! This is our second vehicle we have purchased from them and they have been AMAZING with both! Shout out to Nichole and the rest of the staff for being patient and working so closely with us on our purchase! Yall are the BEST!!! Thank yall so much!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went in to test drive a vehicle because the store I was using first called and asked if they would allow me to test drive they agreed to it I drove 40 mins there to be laughed at yes laughed at before allowing me to drive the vehicle they are refusing to trade the car to the lot I m using all because they don t like that lot so guess who lost a customer because of petty child games they did!

Went into get the misses a car and we both left with one. FANTASTIC SERVICE everyone was very patient as we hit a snag or two in the process but buying a car or leasing from here I highly recommend

Don t ever go here they will sell you a car with so many problems then when you bring it up to them they say they will fix them but don t and blames you for it plus they love taking all the paperwork out of your car when they get possession of the car
