These folks were terrific! We were looking for a 4-6 year old mid roof Ford Transit for a vanlife conversion for my daughter. There weren't many to choose from within 200 miles of Knoxville. Bill Hancock Motors had one worth the trek to see. I had a very quick phone call, an email, and a tight timeline, and they were fantastic. They were kind and helpful throughout. They had the van ready to immediately drive when we got there, and when we loved it, they worked hard to get us the best rates possible. They gave us an honest and fair price for it and the trade-in. They worked hard to get us out and on the road as quick as possible. It was well worth the 3 hour drive. And we are thrilled with the van.

We had a wonderful experience with Bill Hancock Motors. They stayed late on a Friday night to help us buy a new truck and made the process seamless. They truly have a family focused office. Jacob and Logan were great, answered all questions we had, and were so kind and patient with our tired and restless kids. Highly recommend them.

About a week and a half ago my family decided that we were in the market for another Jeep. Our first search took place online and that is where we found Bill Hancock Motors' website. It is user friendly with great pictures and we really appreciated the upfront pricing compared to seeing "Call for More Information" where a price should be. Loved that! We were delighted by the number of Jeeps on the lot to choose from when we arrived to see things in person! The lot is clean, and the vehicles look well cared for. They had so many great options at the time of my visit outside of the Jeep selection too. Our customer service representative was Danny. He provided us with a no-pressure, patient and hospitable experience while visiting the lot. He was happy to answer any questions we had and make sure we were confident the entire process. After we choose our vehicle and seal the deal with Jacob, also a great experience, we drive our newest addition home. Not shortly after leaving the dealership we ran into engine trouble and had to bring it back. They had their mechanics look at it and replaced a part at no cost to us and we picked it up for the second time. Not long after leaving the dealership again, the same problem popped up and we returned it to the dealership again. Each time we returned with our vehicle they were apologetic for the inconvenience and eager to resolve the problem so we could start enjoying our purchase. The process for getting this matter resolved spanned a few days with constant communication with Jacob. The problem was resolved by their mechanics, and they drove our vehicle to our home and hand delivered the keys. That was a really cool way to have this experience end! We felt like our experience mattered to them. Since then, our vehicle runs great and it's beautiful and we made many news Jeep friends along the way! We would not have wanted our purchase experience to end any other way. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would highly recommend you talk to the people at Bill Hancock Motors because they provide excellent customer service.

This team is amazing! Everyone here is super friendly and very accommodating. They present themselves as a very humble family owned and operated business and outshine any dealership I have ever dealt with. They class of vehicles they sell are truly amazing, you will never see clunker on this lot.

I ve never had a car buying experience like this before. Bull Hancock Motors came highly recommended and now I see why. There was absolutely no hassles and no hidden fees. Although I give God all the glory! Jacob and Logan knows how to make a good deal happen quickly and efficient and they take pride in their profession. They re just two great guys to do business with. BH Motors offers you Quality cars and a nice front office to keep you comfortable to make a great car buying experience at Bill Hancock Motors. Kudos to the entire team at BH Motors as they are fantastic people. Even after you have left the lot in your new ride, they continue to reach out to make sure you re happy and that you re enjoying your purchase. Looking forward to business again with BHM in the future.

I would like to start off by saying that getting my car from Bill Hancock Motors has been the most pleasurable experience that I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I drove 2 hours to their lot and was not disappointed. Jacob my salesman was extremely professional and personable through the entire process. Joe was the gentleman that personally delivered my car to me, not once but twice. When I first received my car there was a minor issue that I immediately informed Jacob of and he did not hesitate to make things right. He sent Joe back out to pick up my car and less than 12 hours later the issue was resolved and I was back in it. 5 stars truly does not give these guys credit for how AMAZING they truly are and how they made me feel during the entire process. I would like to encourage anyone that is in the market for a vehicle to please check these guys out, you will not be disappointed. Again i would like to thank Jacob and Joe for such and wonderful experience.

As a female it has always made me nervous to even think about trading/purchasing a vehicle. This is not so with Bill Hancock Motors. Jacob Underwood and Bill Hancock both will always treat you with the most servants heart of any dealership I ve ever experienced. It was comfortable and even enjoyable. Today I had the privilege of buying a 2015 Nissan Rogue through Bill Hancock Motors. Jacob Underwood was over our sale. He went above and beyond for us! He personally worked with us to get all our paperwork in order to send to the financial manager. Thanks to Mr Underwood's dedication, we successfully got an approval for a car loan with a very low credit rating. The financial manager was very friendly as well. He gave great advice on later refinancing for a lower monthly payment. This lot had the best selection of cars with the least down payment and great monthly payments, and best of all a hassle-free process. The office was well kept, clean, and the decor was beautiful. Everyone was extremely professional yet friendly! We drove an hour and 20 minutes to get to to this business and it was worth every second. I'll definitely be back to purchase another car from Bill Hancock Motors. I've never had such a pleasant experience while doing business!

What a refreshing experience with these guys. Unlike the bigger dealerships, they treated us with kindness and respect throughout the entire buying process, even when we pressed with lots of questions and wants. Everything they said was right and true. They were actually transparent and honest, even going above and beyond without request. The car we purchased from them was in beautiful condition and felt like a brand new 6 year old car. It was such a night and day difference when comparing the experience we had with them vs the experience we had from the previous day with our local Toyota dealer. We drove two and a half hours for this car and we would not hesitate to drive back for another car from them. Plus, the office space was so comfortable, like home, and they were totally understanding of our rowdy kids who were not at all happy about looking at yet another car. To top it all, they stayed late to help us get the car we wanted not one night, but two nights in a row.

Contacted them on Sunday.. a day they aren t open and the day of the Super Bowl but they didn t hesitate to respond. They had a Jeep I was interested in and wanted some more info on it.. the next day I received videos and pictures of everything I asked for. Same day they were able to meet me halfway with the Jeep because I was 3 hours from them. Everything went smooth and easy. Highly recommend

I HATE going to dealerships. I live in the New York City area . I tried looking locally after my lease was up for a specific vehicle and it was very discouraging and salesmen were very rude. I decided to get creative and expand my range of search. Jacob and Logan made this one the smoothest purchases I ve made. Helped me even though I had Meh credit and were very nice and helpful throughout the whole process which was mostly over the phone. I had the vehicle shipped to New York from Alabama. Just received it and overall happy.Update : my only real frustration is that the vehicle did not pass inspection until I replaced the rotors , brakes and calipers. It is a risk I took not being able to test drive or view the vehicle in person but you d expect a vehicle from the the dealership to at-least pass inspection.

Absolutely the best car buying experience we've ever had! We had a couple of issues with our Jeep and Bill and Rita were on it! They handled everything so fast and went out of their way to make it better than right! They aren't just out to make money...they are out to make relationships through great business practices. We will definitely buy our next vehicle here. On top of being such great people, they are quickly becoming great friends. Such good folks. They deserve your business.
