Finished earlier than they predicted, extremely pleasant and easy to work with, and they even detailed my truck inside and out before they returned it to me. The employees are super friendly and really seem to care about their customers. 10/10 would recommend Professional Paint and Body to anyone needing paint or body work!

Professional Paint and Body exceeded all of my expectations! They worked to get my vehicle in within a day of me calling. Jesse was phenomenal! She was so attentive and communicative. My car looks amazing! Professional Paint and Body fixed our Honda van in November of 2023. They had high levels of service and quality workmanship. Exceeded expectations by a long shot.If your vehicle needs help, get it to PPB and get it back new.

This body shop was recommended to us by our insurance after my car was rear ended and the driver had no insurance . Professional Paint and body was extremely clean and all the employees were so polite and neatly dressed. I was told the vehicle would take 2 weeks to repair. When I arrived home I received a call form the gentleman who preformed the estimate. He informed me that they were able to take the car apart already and he was giving me an update on how long it would take to receive parts. A few days later I received a call that my car would be ready in 1 week instead of 2. All in all I had a fantastic experience with this body shop and would highly recommend. When I picked up my car it had been detailed and there were mints left in the front seat. Wow. We will definitely use again!

Absolutely wonderful experience. They did an exceptional job on my car..They paid attention to even the small details.. I'm so thankful I went to professional paint & body. They did everything they promised and then some. My car was ready when promised and it looks great. They emailed me and gave me updates and they were just so professional.. From the guys in the office (Randy and Steve) to the guys in the back (Brandon and Michael) all did an amazing job..Thank yall so so much!!

I HIGHLY recommend! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They were continually updating me on the process of repairs. Only took a day to get what I needed fixed. When I got the car back it was in better shape (inside and out) than when I dropped it off. They definitely went above and beyond what they had to do. If I need to ever get anything else done, this will be the only place I take it too.

The say you get what you pay for... well Someone recommended Professional Paint & body to repair the minor damage done to the 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 that rolled into a tree. To say I had sticker shock is to put it mildly. So I sought another bid ($8,149.21 was a shock!) I went a few miles down the road to Carl Thrasher Body Shop and his estimate was some $6 000 less. Before I accepted his I sought out one more. The work you see done in the photos was done by Chavez Auto for $1500.00. I took the truck to Chavez on Tuesday (yesterday) and they had it ready at 4pm today for pickup. Shop around folks. The savings I got was $6649.21. And the picture shows the great work Chavez did in 24 hours.

Until this trip I had never used the services of PP & B until a recent mishap with my granddaughter's car. My estimator, Shane Cleckler and the staff there did an excellent job of getting it back into shape as well as keeping me up to date about the entire process. Everything from the initial appointment to the rental car to picking it up was a smooth process and it was given back as clean as I've ever seen it, my granddaughter was very happy. If I have need of a shop in the future (hopefully not )I know exactly where to take it.

Very impressed! We were so bummed when our car got hit and being newer to the area didn't know where to go for repairs. Called the Toyota dealership where we get out car taken care if who recommened Professional Paint and Body to us. They were super responsive, very helpful getting our car in and working with insurance, got our car back to us a day early and even cleaned the inside for us which was a pleasant surprise. They kept me informed during the process and made it as painless as possible plus our car looks AMAZING. Would highly recommend!

Completely satisfied! My scratched fender is brand new! Very professional group from the staff at the front desk to my contact person, Jackson. Estimate was actually lower than originally quoted and repair was completed as promised! My 4Runner was spotless inside and out when I picked it up. They are extremely professional. They keep in contact with you throughout the process. I had a minor repair on the front quarter panel, but they returned my truck completely detailed, inside and out. It looked better than the day I bought it.

Great work! Repair personal, not all, just a little attitude in the tone when I were trying to explain a issue, but Great job! The ladies were awesome! Friendly when you walk in. Yes I would go back if needed. Just a very long distance for me to drive.

My car has needed body work twice this year, and Professional Paint & Body has taken good care of me both times. Their work is excellent, and so is their communication. They take care of everything and make the process smooth. They were recommended by two different insurance agents, and a have a good relationship with our local car rental agency. I hope I never have to use them again (hopefully, people will stop hitting my car), but they will be my go to, if I need work done.Service: Body & Trim

We have used Professional Paint and Body before years ago when our 4 Runner was hit and it was such an awesome experience with them that we decided to try them again after I accidentally scraped my teenage son's new Bronco Sport with my Jeep. I brought it into them with also the dilemma that school would be starting back in a few weeks and trying to stay out of the doghouse with my son. Garrett answered the phone that fateful day and from then on he was fantastic. He kept me in the loop, was honest and upfront about my costs and tried to push this through as fast as possible. They beat their original timeline and presented to my son a fantastic and looking-new-again Bronco. It looked immaculate. They literally saved the day in our household. We will continue to highly recommend them.

Professional Paint and Body did a superb job on repairing the front right side of my 2014 Toyota Corolla. They did an excellent job keeping me informed of progress during the repair process and delivered the car 6 days ahead of their promised completion date. The car was delivered clean and professionally detailed as well which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Professional Paint and Body to anyone needing painting or body work on their vehicle.

Automotive geniuses! After hitting a deer I thought my car would never be the same once it was repaired. I was happily proved wrong! They have repairs dialed in and my vehicle runs and drives better than the day it rolled off the assembly line. The repairs were extensive, but they kept me informed the entire way and finished when they said they would!
