Exceeded expectations. I went in for squeaky brakes that were fairly new. The manager did a great job at explaining why my brakes were making the noise and the wear in process to new brakes. He checked in regularly and kept me up to date on where my car was in the process of being fixed. They also found a nail in my tire that I was unaware of and kindly patched after notifying me. The services were completed in a timely manner. The manager was thoughtful to put kid friendly shows on for my little one while we waited and the bathroom was clean and offered a changing table. I am thankful for the diligent work they did to help keep my family and me safe while driving.

I ve been using this location for over a decade for all of my vehicles. I ve have basic oil changes, ac maintenance, suspension work and I ve had all of my tires installed, mounted and balanced. I ve never been disappointed! Great prices/labor rates and super friendly employees. To date I d say the manager Chris has been a huge help for me and my family, I can t stress this enough, these gentlemen are wonderful!

My experience at this location deserves more than 5 stars - they were kind, courteous, and willing to help me out even though it was very near closing time. The manager, Chris, went above and beyond to patch my tire and help me out, and I am grateful for his kindness in a chaotic stressful day. Looking forward to using NTB in Alabaster in the future!

I was greeted with a smile by the store manager chrirstpher very impressed with the service I got at NTB in alabaster al. The employees were very courteous and professional and kept me very informed about the work being done on my vehicle. Mr Christopher made sure the work was done promptly and He kept Me informed about the time frame it would take to complete the work.

I had the misfortune of picking up a screw in one of my recently purchased tires. I went in and was quickly waited on and informed that the tire would have to be replaced. I was in and out with a new tire within 30 minutes and able to make a much anticipated trip.

Karen is top notch and took care of my issue with ease. She was courteous and helpful. Chris was very professional and seemed like he really cared about my situation. Kudos to the whole staff techs also.Go see them!

Blew a tire and called them while waiting to get the spare on to see if they had a replacement and could get me in. They had the tire I needed and told me to come in once I had the spare on. When I pulled in, was taken care of right away. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Amazing service and very clean facility would will definitely come back.

Had a 2pm appointment for oil change & tire rotation. They were mopping the lobby with a strong cleaner so I waited next door. Called after 2 hours thinking they forgot to call me to tell me it was done. They had not even started. Said they were short handed. If they had just communicated that up front I could have rescheduled but they wasted my time. I ve been using them for our 4 vehicles for 8 years but I m done.

Stopped in on a Sunday and they were able to get us in within an hour to do a tire inspection. Karen was fantastic. Shop was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Used to be a decent company before they got bought out. Went to get my car aligned with my 3-Year Plan and brakes checked. Needed new rotors and pads, & they decided to throw the top of the line rotors and pads and mark them up over 100%. They quoted me 4 Ceramic Brake Pads and doubled the price of them. I needed special rotors for the front and they wanted $380 a piece when I looked up the part number it was sold at O Rileys for $160 a piece. They wanted $150 for a brake flush which was not needed. Every part included on that quote I looked up and it was doubled the price. I guess they didn t expect me to be a former mechanic and see right through it. Ended up doing all the work myself instead of paying $1,800 I paid $800. Also I don t know who that lady is up front she wasn t there for the years I ve taken my car to this place. If your gonna charge me a price like that with no courtesy lick, & I start asking questions. Don t sit there and tell me I dont know in the most rude and condescending tone you can. It s just not a good look. Just appalled at how different this place is took my car here a year ago for an alignment and there were good and decent people working here and running the place & now it s been bought out by a company from up north with a not so good reputation. It s just an entirely different place now. I m going to use them for my 3 year alignment plan & that s gonna be the end of me coming to this place, not another cent will be spent by here by me.

Karen was wonderful! One of our tires sprung leak on our trip from Ohio to Florida. Thankfully, we found NTB! Karen took care of us right away and had us back on the road quickly. She was very efficient and kind. She even asked about our windshield wipers. And yes they did need to be replaced! Thank you NTB and Karen!

Great place to do business with. Came in town for a visit from Louisiana woke up with a flat tire. Went here to get it repaired they fixed it sooner than they promised. I think the young man's name was Eaton. He took great care to see that my tire was fixed and back on the road.

After having driven over a large piece of debris on the high way in the middle of the night, we asked NTB Alabaster for help checking to ensure our tires were okay and no other damage was done to the car. Mr. Kenny and Mr. Timothy were extremely helpful and kind. We waited about 5 minutes before the car was placed up on the bridge and inspected. Timothy saw a short piece of a nail that was in the front left tire but luckily hadn t punctured the tire. Mr. Kenny said if we d driven on it for a long time it would probably have caused damage. He didn t charge us for the inspection and wished us well on our trip. Definitely recommend this shop for excellent customer service, professionalism, and cleanliness.

Great experience. Only shop in town that would touch my car with it being aftermarket lowered. Ethan was a ton of help and the whole staff was friendly. Definitely come here with confidence. Nice waiting area as well
