if you want rude service this is the place to be. The lady that works as the cashier is very very rude . I had a couple of issues . First I upgraded my wheels on my jeep the balance was so bad and I mentioned it but nothing was done . I took it somewhere else to pay for a balance and they confirmed it was out of balance . Then I realized the piece that goes on my back camera was missing so I called the shop and she was like oh yes we have it . So I mentioned to her that I paid for a service that was not done right and had to go pay more money to get it done right and she rudely said I can t give you your money back and I should have bought it back there . If you didn t do it right the first time why would I want to chance it the second time and when I mentioned it was riding back when I came back the second I was giving the run around .I will take my business elese where in the future . And the guy that I guess runs the shop says that he is having issue with his workers doing quality work go figure !! Just rude

I bought my own rotors and brakes and took it to these guys and they put them on for me. I was quoted $1300 by the auto dealerships. All in with Chicos labor I spent $632.00 and they did a great job.I got three cars total and I can tell you I will use Chicos for all my brakes and tires going forward.

Do not use for U-Haul. Made a reservation for a trailer, went to pick it up was was told the guy who does U-Haul isn t there. He said do it online and seemed to really care less about it. Turns out you can t do it online, so having to drive 20 mins away to get a trailer. So if you dare and reserve better hope the guy Is there. I can imagine what type of work they do with the level of not my problem I got from them.

Fantastic service. Daniel was super friendly. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was careful with our new wheels. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Cannot give a higher rating. I have used them several times over the past year to get tire repair, and have always received quick, reasonable, and quality work. Please go to them next time you need tires, not a big chain. It's more than worth it in the long run.

Great place, price, and service on tires. The lady behind the counter was super nice and the gentleman who did the work on my car was fantastic. No up-sells or overselling going on like you get at a lot of places. Its a great experience.

Requested a new tire...wasnt in stock.Purchased what was available.Tire went flat while at work.Made a trip back to Chico's...they said it needed more sealant.Went to work...came out...tire was flat, again.Closed for Turkey day...waited until Friday.Chico's checked the tire again on Black Friday...said everything was good..give it a day for pressure to stabilize.Drove to work that same day...pressure low...woke up this morning...tire flatWent back to Chico...still no new tires...gave our money back along with the bad customer service and attitude...never experienced this at chico's.Heading to Dales tires in Birmingham, AL on Finley Blvd. Been dealing with them for 12 years..switched up to support local but customer service wasnt good.

I was compelled to write a review for Chico's after their help with organizing/coordinating my Uhaul reservation. Several of the guys helped me get my Uhaul at the time I needed it, and went above and beyond in helping me get my car on the trailer and showing me around the equipment. I had never hauled an SUV before but the guys at Chico's couldn't have been more patient/helpful in getting me situated for my new adventure.

Nice guys and they did a great job on my car. I had them to mount and balance my new tires. Took about 30 minutes tops. Good price!

Had a tubeless lawnmower tire that went flat and was struggling to get it back on the rim. Most places wouldn t do it, not only did they do it but discovered a bad valve stem and replaced it. Had to talk him into charging me! I ll be back.

always support the home town mechanic. chicks is quick and not hard on the wallet. had a hole in my tire repaired, got in ,got out, and on with my day 10 min tops.

They did a very good job on my Tundra. Battery was dead though when I picked up but they quickly jumped it. Will use again.

I love this place. They always treat me like I'm their favorite customer. I'm always tearing up my tractor equipment tires and my golf cart tires. Love this place.
