Was on my way to an appointment and live 1.5 hours away; I hit something on the interstate changing lanes and something on my car was scraping and making noises. Stopped here after my appointment and they fixed it and were very nice and professional. Would definitely use them again!

This is the second time I've done business with alabaster automotive and I am pleased to say their work is top notch. Our 2015 Jetta needed a heater core and Rhett and Alex had me in and out with warm air in less than 24 hours.I will forever send my cars there!

Had a situation where a part for my vehicle was on nation wide back order for months and months. Rhett did his best and was able to find the correct part and get my truck fixed. Top notch service and very professional.

I took my Prius in for a brake warning light issues. They diagnosed the master cylinder needed to be replaced. The repairs where taken care of quickly and a fair charge for labor. I'll be back for future services.

Traveling through Alabama we had a tire blowout. We got our car towed here through AAA. They were friendly and got us a new tire and back on the road ASAP! Great shop.

They get on the ball with fixing your vehicle no matter what the problem is and faster than most anywhere around believe it or not. But if you choose to sit and wait they dont seem to mind if you charge your phone while you wait! I will recommend everyone that I know to get their vehicle fixed HERE! Plue they are on point and polite.

Our transmission went out while traveling far from home. The team was helpful and fast, with a reasonable price and excellent work. On a recent service visit back in our hometown, our regular mechanic commented that the transmission replacement was well done.

It is rare to find a trustworthy automotive repair shop. Alabaster Auto provides a great peace of mind in knowing that you are going to be treated with honesty and fairness. They have worked on several vehicles for me and will continue to be the first place I go.

I had a family emergency and needed to have my car aligned and a wheel bearing replaced asap. Rhett was able to get the part, and had all me all fixed and ready to hit the road in way less time than expected. So thankful!

I have a 2018 Sentra with an extended warranty. I started having transmission issues and found this company on my warranty website. They replaced my transmission and my car runs SO MUCH BETTER. Hats off to these guys. Great service. Very friendly and helpful. I lived in Alabaster for 20 years and never went to this shop. Well that's about to change!

Took my 2015 Ford Focus in suspecting the clutch was slipping. After a week and a half they agreed, although wouldn't do the work themselves. I paid for the diagnostic fee, and took it to the Ford dealer in Clanton, AL to have the clutch replaced and general maintenance done. Now that these repairs have been complete doesn't look like that was the issue after all as I still have the same symptoms. It now seems likely the TCM is bad, and while it is a extended warranty repair due to its known issues, they are on months long backorder so we will likely dump the car at a loss, wish I'd known that before I spent $2,500 on it at the dealer. I don't hold this shop responsible completely as this car in particular is a dumpster-fire where its transmission is concerned, with that said I might think twice before coming back with additional transmission issues for diagnosis. I believe they are honest and as quick as they can be at getting your problem addressed as a whole.

Awesome servicee and honest staff! I Went in for brakes they could have just sold the product but took the time to explain I still had some time before the service was needed . I'll definitely come back to them knowing they are straight shooters in this world of pay first companies. Keep up the good work guys !

I will never take my truck anywhere else from now on! I took my truck to them a couple of weeks ago and they were honest/fair priced and fixed it within a few hours! Wayne and John were amazing, as were the rest of the techs. They were a blessing in my life that I so much needed and they made me laugh! I am recommending them to all of my friends no matter where they live in Alabama. Thank you for the little blessings Alabaster Auto!

They explain, very professional, but not accountable for any mistakes. I have 4 kids and wife, the expense was necessary..they had to replace spark plugs, explained that if removed, Its a possibility some will break off...well 1 got stuck in the engine.....it requires taking everything out and restructure how it was before...with no mistakes...so it took 2-3 weeks to get it done...after 3100$ mechanic informed us #1 he drove the car 65 miles testing the truck..no gas reimbursement (not considering our financial needs)....#2.that our sensor light was not working, (but we never had an issue with it),they didn't charge us for replacing it, but now it ironically reads an alternator light. #3 The mechanic simply said, i don't know why it came on, but it needs to be replaced. Although, your safe to drive it home. #4. 2 weeks later, a great amount of smoke begins to shoot out exhaust...that very day, I took it to another auto place to get it assessed. (my red flags were to much).The other repair shop did not go into detail, but towed it back to alabaster, free of charge told them the issue and Alabaster Auto's said "we'll give them a call". #5 2 days later, I called them...ask "what is the problem?" they replied: The fluid injectors ironically messed up within 2 weeks, causing oil to spill onto the motor, "washing it out"...not only did they tell me an alternator was needed, but now I have to buy a new motor. Their excuse was....this is all a coincidences. they don't know why these thing are happening to my ford expedition that is under 120,000 miles. I called the other auto store to come and get it...I'll pay them what is necessary, but I am not spending another dime at alabaster Auto's. We are taking legal action against them immediately after proof of fault. I can't except "it's all a coincidence".

Called up there to schedule a drop off. Because they had good reviews. Not the friendliest person who answered the phone. That's fine but when I told him what was going on he said we dont do transmission work. My problem is it says they do on their website. Rude and waste of time. Going to add to the post I was discriminated against I guess because I'm a woman. my husband called the place and said exactly what I said the problemWas and they told him yes they do that there.

We stopped here on our way to Gulf Shores, after having some minor issues with our breaks which turned out to be nothing other than the adjusting of the new pads I has installed a few days before. They were Saturday but got us in quickly within a few mins. The mechanic and the older gentleman in the office were very friendly and courteous. The gentleman sent us on our way to enjoy our vacation and didn't charge us. If you're having car trouble in this area this is your place. They are Great folks!

First time customer, came in off recommendation from a friend.Staff friendly, clean waiting room, good location, fair advertised prices.3 stars due to being told over phone an oil change would be 20-30 mins wait, showed up 20 mins after the call and I sat in the waiting area over 1-1/2 hrs (I waited because I understand business, and things do happen) without anyone informing me of any delays. I left without recieving any service.Don't set expectations and then not fulfill them without an explanation, before money walks out the door.

Being a women. I am always nervous about taking our car anywhere to have anything fixed . But , I am so thankful I found Alabaster Automotive Llc. I feel so much better there are very friendly and professional. They made me feel like we had know them forever they called and kept me updated while they had my car and went above and beyond to help me . They where very fast . Ricky and Wayne have been there for God knows how long!! Excellent and reasonable service. Like it that they take NO reservations. Strictly first come first served!! Ricky once apologized to me that a replacement tire to my Lexus was expensive!!!! Go figure.

We've used this place a handful of times and it seems reasonably priced and they get the work done in a timely manner. We had some major electrical work that needed to be done, car wouldn't start and show any signs of life from a brand new battery, they repaired it and was ready to go in under 2 days

The guys are very nice and professional and fix what needed to fix and then an extra minor existing problem no questions asked @ no charge. Highly recommend them, ask for Rhett, he'll get you squared away. Eric

Been using these guys for the 2 years I lived in Alabaster. Mechanics John and Randall are great, they will talk to you, make suggestions and both tell and show you what they are doing. Only issue was when I took my vehicle to them right before Christmas and it was 3 days to even look at the car. I didn't have the time so I took it to another Alabaster repair shop..................................MAJOR MISTAKE!!! Keep up the great work Wayne and Ricky and all involved at Alabaster Auto!
