I m so relieved to have found Michael s Auto Repair in Adamsville. The reviews on Google were great and I am not disappointed. Sherry in the front office was so nice to me and helpful to the max. The guys were working on my older Silverado that s seen better days but I need to keep her going a while longer. Now I know what is next to fix too. Recommend highly!

I wanted to purchase a vehicle from them and had issues with my bank. I called them and told them the situation and they held that vehicle for me for an additional week with a small deposit. The young lady in the office was as nice as you would ever want to meet. This is the best Dealership that I have ever been to. Very fair and honest people that I recommend everyone to shop with! Great establishment with great cars!

I've known Michael Buxton for many years, though not personally. He and his mechanic, Paul, and their good secretary are courteous and conscientious, smart and capable, always honest. I have recommended many people to them and never heard a negative comment.

I purchased a car that they had repaired. They were open about the damage and work done and the car runs very smooth with zero issues, so far, and everything looks clean. The entire process was straightforward and everyone involved was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Very reasonably priced, as well!

Two ladies here traveling the USA. We brought our new to us Motorhome in for a once over and a few upgrades. Michael and his staff were extremely professional and very friendly. They were also very patient and treated us with the utmost respect. They were very thorough and found things we had missed in our initial inspection. We are comforted in knowing there are still honest mechanics like Michael s Automotive out there. We are very appreciative of their time, dedication, and highly recommend them if you are needing an honest and thorough repair or upgrade.

I ve been meaning to get around to writing this for awhile, but I have been dealing with the year from hell here lately so I haven t had a lot of time.I bought 2017 Altima from Michael and Paul late last year and promised I would come back and write them an honest review, whether good or bad. The car has been great and the only thing besides an oil change I ve had to do mechanically is the rear brakes. This wouldn t have anything to do with the work these guys did on the car, (prior damage was front end) it was just time for new brakes. My wife has a 2017 rogue that we ve had since 6500 miles and both cars have around 88k on them now and the Altima drives noticeably smoother than her rogue. Both guys, and the lady in the office were a pleasure to work with. I couldn t have asked for a better experience.

While they couldn't help me out with the crazy bind my delivery driver was in, Sherry lined up someone who could. My driver was back on his route faster than expected, and at what I feel was an excellent price for the work that was done! It's nice to run across someone willing to help out a total stranger from out of state. Thank you just doesn't say enough!

Michael s is a great place to have you car repaired or to just get some advice on a mechanical issue you may be experiencing. They are always polite and very knowledgeable. They have repaired several cars for my family and have always treated me fairly on the cost of the repair. I would highly recommend that you give them the opportunity to take care of your automotive repair needs. Thanks again to Michael and his team.

Aah, Once again Cheri with Michael's Automotive helped me out! I needed a power steering pump for an older Honda Accord, They didn't have one in stock but instead of her saying "sorry don't have", She took the time and special ordered me one for 1/3 of what a recondition one would of cost. Made me feel really "special"! Thank you for being so kind for people in need like myself! I cannot thank you enough!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had taken my car to two mechanics; none of which fixed the problem. After taking it to Michael's, they not only located and fixed the problem, they let me know almost daily what was going on. I can't say enough about this place. Paul is the absolute BEST. I'd go back just to talk to him.

I want to thank Mike and his wonderful staff for fixing my Jeep and finally taking away the worry and anxiety I was experiencing with these brake problems I was havingMike and his staff were great ..His employee Paul did the brake work and if was finished in no time at all,,, And his receptionist Miss Sherry was awesome as wellAlong with being very professional on their work,They were very friendly and caring .I felt like I took my car to a family member took the time to care for my problem .I highly recommend Michaels Automotive for all your automotive needs ..I promise .You will be treated with care and respectOnce again Thank You Mike ,Paul and Miss Sherry you have just become our new Mechanic for all our automotive needsSincerely Gary Sennhauser and Joe McDonald

I have purchase several items from Michael's over the years and Cheri is always a wonderful person to deal with. I don't have to explain in detail what I need, they just know! And when the parts arrive from their delivery service, it's always exactly what I ordered with no need for modification. A BIG Thank You! for making my job easier in locating parts.

I stopped in here 2 days ago on my way to Kansas because my truck was leaking fluid from the passenger rear axle bearing. It was 2 hours before closing and they said they would look at it. They not only looked at it but they replaced the bearing and seal before they closed to get me back on the road. They were very nice, super helpful, and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate what they did for me.

Thanks for the great deal on repairing my Mom's car. She been driving it for a month now and 0 problems! She was so upset that other Garage had ripped her off and used the wrong parts. You came to her rescue, and even went the extra mile and got some of her money back from that other place.We need more Honest and kind folks like you. God Bless, James.

Great place to get fair and honest repairs. I have a disability and had a flat tire 20 miles from his shop and he brought me a spare tire and changed the tire for me. HOW MANY PEOPLE WOULD DO THAT FOR SOMEONE. GREAT place to do business.

i was running an errand for my uncle who asked me to pay an invoice to Michael's Automotive and as I sat there waiting to pay them, the owner decided it would be wise to come out and cuss me for no apparent reason, in front of people at that, left out of there crying, I've never been so humiliated. I'm assuming he had some sort of beef with my uncle, which again I had nothing to do with that and did not deserve to be treated that way, by the way I am only nineteen years old.

THIS IS THE BEST AUTOMOTIVE AND BODY SHOP IN ALABAMA. Mike and Paul are professionals. My truck wouldnt start. ONE company told me it was cost me 3000.00 to fix my truck. because this was my only way of transportation I thought about paying the guy. I was going to have it towed to Mike and Paul. I had just missed Paul because he in a bowling league. After I explain to mike what my problem was. He said man go home and check your Fusees. I got home change my fuses and my truck started. I called Mike and said thank you. he told me... MAN IM NOT JUST HERE TO MAKE MONEY IM HERE TO HELP ANYONE AND EVERYBODY SAVE MONEY. Now here is the real part America. Mike is white and im Black. I know this country is divided right now. but as a African American it feels good knowing that A MAN like Mike will treat you as a human and with respect regardless of your RACE. Sorry for typing so much I just want the world to know what type of professional organization this is and how professional Mike and Paul are as AUTO MECHANICS.From The Great Grandson of StrangeFruit
