Mike and the team are incredibly helpful and provide excellent service. Was stranded on the side of the road at 10pm. Called Mike and he was very quick to respond and look into a solution. I was able to limp my car into his shop, and they resolved the issue in short order. I was back on the road on the way to vacation in 30A. Thanks so much to Mike for being available 24/7 - it was extremely helpful for my scenario. Very much appreciate you guys!!!

The first time we called we were at the lake on vacation and the alternator went out on our car the day before we were to head back home to Florida. My wife called Mike and he said he was super busy but if we could get the car to him he would get done quickly. Guess what he did! This was in June. The price was very reasonable and fair. On August 15 th we were back at the lake this time the wheel bearing and hub went out on truck (which we pull our camper with. I tried and tried to change it myself with limited tools, finally my wife called Mike. And it was Mike and his worker to the rescue! They came to campground at 830 pm and fixed our truck! We are very grateful to have found a business as honest and fair priced as Elite Auto Mobile Diagnostic. Wish he was here in Florida where we live! Thank You Mike!

This guy, words can not describe how impressed my wife and I were with Mike. Our Honda Pilot decided the alternator didn t want to complete the trip and died 8 miles from the shop at 2am! Mike got up and came to get us and worked on our car ALL NIGHT until the part store opened! He even fixed other things he found wrong! His knowledge of cars is unbelievable. His passion and professionalism were way beyond what we expected. He even called us later that day to see if we made it home. Elite Automobile has a customer for life!

We were stressed because we were having a car issue all day. Then we stumbled upon this wonderful gentleman who helped us and reassured us that everything was fine and he would help us if we got stranded somewhere. He made our day better!

Had a tire malfunction on my way from Atlanta to Destin and found myself stranded on the highway between Eufala and Dothan with my 6 year old grand-daughter. ELITE AUTO had someone dispatched to assist very quickly and, while my tire size was not readily available in Abbeville, they found a way to get the correct replacement tire from Dothan and have me back on the road within a few hours! Just WOW! The team is great and I highly recommend using this company for anything auto-related in the Abbeville area. They are quick, honest and kind folks who give it their best! Absolutely the best help you can get while in a pinch or need work done. Got a flat 6 hours from home while driving right past this shop and unfortunately for me I have an aftermarket brake kit that won t let me fit the donut on the car. After about 2 hours of messing with the car the guys here got me on the road heading home!! Life savers and very solid workersServices: Tires, Brakes

It's a very well kept, clean place, the owners are very kind, friendly, an more then willing to make sure your needs are met! Their staff are as well great people with customer satisfaction their priority... so if ya need a good mechanic or just some simple body work done go on to Elite Auto an talk to Mikey or Gage Scott where they are always ready for new business and new customers! I no I give it 5 stars plus!!!!

Go here! These guys are my angels today. My family was driving to Florida from Georgia tonight and our alternator died on the highway around 8pm. We had a car with no power/no lights still partially on the highway and 4 kids in the car. I called and when I told him, he didn t hesitate to come and save us. They pulled up so soon and were able to get us off the highway and fix our car in a few hours. I had no hope we d still be able to make it to the beach this weekend let along be able to continue on tonight! I can t even begin to say how great they are. So kind, so honest, so welcoming just the best folks! Go here!

Excellent service, excellent people, excellent diagnosis, and they had us up and running in no time! Our Porsche Cayenne started jumping and stalling on the road on the way to the beach as it was about to start storming. We found Elite Auto on google and called them two minutes before they were about to close. They stayed open for us until we got there. They stayed open for hours to take care of us and fix the problem; Sheltered us from the storm and treated us like family the whole way through.Some of the most hospitable people I have ever come across. Mike was the best. Limped my car into the shop during a roadtrip and discovered a recall on my vehicle for the malfunction I was experiencing. Honest, skilled and would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good about these folks! We were stranded on the side of the road far from home. Mike understood the problem right away. He could not do an immediate roadside fix for us (old, rusty, broken leaf spring with boat still on the trailer) but he did not simply say "can't help you" and go back to his Saturday night. He spent almost a half an hour with me helping me find someone else who was close and could help us. No charge. Located someone who got us back on our way promptly.. And, for real, texted me later to make sure we had gotten home OK! Our world definitely needs more people who do business this way. Thanks doesn't begin to say our appreciation.

We were 2 women and a child traveling from Atlanta to Florida.Our transmission went out. Not only would Mike and his crew fix my car he arranged for Kelly to get us to a hotel in Dothan. When the repair was finished Mike drove my car to my house in Roswell with hisbuddy following him. Good to havea professional, competent and kind mechanic. I highly recommend them.

Cage and Mike were great! We had car problems while traveling back to NC from FL, and they were responsive and fixed our car even faster than originally promised. While we waited they were very conscientious and made sure our wait was comfortable. Definitely would use them again!

On a drive down 431 my Jetta broke down at a light and the transmission wouldn t go into gear. It was almost closing time at Elite and Mike and his team came out to my car to see if they could fix it and get me on my way.Unfortunately the clutch assembly was trashed and I needed to get it replaced. Elite Auto worked tirelessly to make sure my car was repaired, and repaired correctly. The end result is a new clutch that disengages abs engages smoothly transmission that shifts seamlessly. The guys here do great work for very reasonable prices and I wouldn t hesitate to use this shop again in the future.Service: Transmission

Traveling home from Panama City Beach and was stranded on the side of the road. These guys came to us, took us and our vehicle back to their shop. Made us feel at home, offered us food and drinks and was so honest and fair. Done everything they could to get us back on the road to home. The atmosphere around this establishment is heavenly and so great. The shop was clean, the waiting area and bathroom was very clean and inviting. They are Elite, excellent in service and character!!! I would recommend this place, whether just traveling thru or if you live near. If I could give 100 I would!!! I hope to keep in touch with these great people!!! Our Yukon died due to torrential rains causing the distributor to malfunction. Mike came to our rescue late Saturday afternoon. We were sure no one would be available and willing to help. He was our guardian angel that evening. He repaired our vehicle and got us back on the road so we could enjoy our vacation. Our rating of 5 stars does not fully communicate our gratitude for the caring and exceptional service provided by Mike and his entire family. Amazing people! The Lord put people in your path for reasons we can t explain until it s revealed. These guys do MORE THAN MOBILE Repair and you can't beat their prices and quality. Ask them for a quote before going elsewhere. They fixed my Anti-Lock Break System at 1/3 the price of a dealership. Also did a great job upgrading my old truck with a new media player and back-up camera. Highly recommend this upgrade for older vehicles.Services: Electrical, Brake service & repair

If you are in the area, these are the guys to use! Gage is a true professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He cares about the quality of his work and also provides excellent customer service. If you have time, here is our story of how we came into contact with Gage and his business.My family and I were heading down to PCB for the week from South Carolina when my truck broke down in Eufaula on a Sunday. I called multiple places but with it being a Sunday, no one was open. I decided to look up to see if there were any mobile mechanics and gave these guys a call. Gage arrived about an hour after the call and immediately tried diagnosing the issue. It ended up being the fuel pump so he took me down to the auto parts store and we picked up a new fuel pump. When we got back to my truck, we pulled it about 2 miles down to the rest area where it was much safer to work on it. Gage had to drop a full 23-24 gallon gas tank in the 95 degree Alabama heat in a parking lot at a rest area. Long story short, he got us back up and running a few hours later and didn't take advantage of some out of towners going on vacation. He gave us a great price and great service. I only wish these guys were around where I live so I could recommend them around here. Just to cap off the great service, he told me he would actually be in Panama City the week that we were there and if we needed anything to call him. Luckily, we didn't have to and made it to PCB and back to South Carolina without any more problems.

Can t say enough about the honesty, promptness and professionalism of this company.We were traveling in the Fort Gaines area and broke down after grocery shopping. Being 3 women out of our home town, we were very concerned since we couldn t get the car to stay running no matter what we tried. We saw the Elite Auto Mobile site online and called them to see if by chance they could help us out. Since they were on their way out of the area for another job, Mike diagnosed it a bad mass air flow sensor and talked to me over the phone and told us what to do to temporarily get the car running enough to get us back to the state park we were staying at. He said he would come by later and bring the part we needed and put it on. We had to putt putt back but at least we could get back to out vacation cottage.Sure enough they showed up right when they said they would and put it on and had it running. They brought a premium quality part and had all tools needed to get the job done. Even though it was night and they could have charged night time emergency fee they didn t.They even answered our questions we had the next day and offered to come by again if needed.

Me and my family broke down on our way back to Panama city, Mike came and picked us up and brought us all the way home, and got my truck off the side of the road. This is a great company and would recommend them highly...

My father was a mechanic and had a conscious I've yet to meet another mechanic until I met Mr Michael. He is very honest and has always showed me what the real issue was and explained how it works when I asked. There is not many people now a days with integrity, he very talented, and gifted. Always been my first call with any issues I ever have since I met him 5+ years ago. Highly recommended! 5 stars! The best around and very proffesional.

We all need a great master mechanic thats mobile and will come to you. This guy Michael is certified in automotive repairs. I use him myself ever since he got my truck running that wasn't started for five years y'all. It had been to 2 shops before and was told it needed valves, and other local shop said motor. Michael found the issue and fixed my truck in 45 minutes. Awesome y'all. Very proffesional and HIGHLY recommended!

My SUV was making a very loud noise and shaking violently. It started out doing it off and on. It was just like running over the rumble strips on the right side of the road when you run off the road. It gradually became worse.The first auto repair shop (Jac's Auto in Eufaula, Al) that I took it too said it was the throttle body unit. That didn't fix it. Took it back they said the IMRC actuator and fuel injector was bad. To make a long story short I spent over $1,000.00 at their shop and it was not fixed. They refused to guarantee their work!I was wondering if there was a honest, decent, dependable mechanic out there. I looked on line and found Elite Auto. Their reviews were excellent so I gave them a call. They figured it out in no time it was my transmission. Now it runs great! They have reasonable rates too and they guarantee their work.They are everything their ad says, even better. Mike and Gage are Elite Auto from customer service, diagnostic skills, work ethics, problem-solving, resourcefulness, knowledge and experience all 5 stars!!! I trust them and highly recommend them.They also fixed my husband's truck. We have had several mechanics look at it and couldn't fix it. Michael has always come to my aid when any problems came about with any of my vehicles! He is always kind and very efficient. He takes the time it needs to get the job done with out trying to make it a "quick fix" to make sure hes done all that he knows how to get the job done correctly and so that he knows I won't have any more problems. I have had a motor go out, transmission, cracked radiator, you name it. Michael has been the one the fix it all for me and I wouldnt go to anyone else! Highly recommend and much respect for the man. Keep up the good work!

Car broke down on the highway a long way from home. Treated me like family with some of the best customer service you can ask for Helped me out of a really tough spot by working late on a Friday night .Hard working and transparent: would highly recommend.

We were 8 hours from home, heading to Panama City for vacation & a problem came up with our car. They were the closest mechanic to us & we called & they said they were booked until next week but since we were so far from home they fit us in. They were very nice & accommodating & got us on our way to Panama! I definitely recommend them if you re in the area.

Great service! This is the 3rd time that I have used their service and all 3 times were great experiences. From level kits on my trucks to head replacement on my Jeep, their service has been on point. Refreshing to finally find an honest mechanic.
